Sofa took over a month to arrive, entirely due to the trucking company (AM Trucking), - took them 4 attempts: 1st time arrived 2 hours late and I was not home; 2nd time delivered the wrong sofa - had a different person's name and address on it; 3rd time (my personal favorite) - arrived on time, but forgot the sofa; 4th time - SUCCESS!!) Anyways, Modway customer service was great, they were incredibly responsive to my emails and were all over the trucking company, so thanks! I've had the sofa for a few weeks now and I really like it - my previous sofa was the $150 sofa, which was not comfortable at all, but was $150 so I was fine with it. This sofa feels like an expensive sofa, maybe a little more firm. It is very stable and looks and feels like it is well built, also very stable as a bed. Great color and style, good price, the delivery was on time and easy to put together. I'm really happy, and waiting for my first guest to try it out and give it a proper sleeping review. Read description carefully. It says that the weight capacity is under 280 lbs, which is very low and bound to break. If three people sat on the couch, they would each need to weigh around 90 lbs.

Purchased the item in early January and as of early March it's covered in snags and one side of the seat is uncomfortable after light, not constant, use. If you like sleeping on firm mattresses like me, you’ll like this couch. Fabric feels firm, well built. Structure feels sturdy, i.e it’s built to last. Couch comes mostly assembled, just need to put on the legs. Easy for one person to maneuver.
