it took forever to arrive ( hence the 4 stars) but it looks great and the quality is good. it a huge, a bit on the harder side in terms of seating feel bit nothing that a couple of pillows cannot compensate.

Lets start the review with that we were very skeptical, but after reviews, we chose to take the risk. First lets say the window of shipping time was about a month. We received the couch within the first 4 days of the window. I received an email saying it was being shipped a few days before it was marked as shipped on Amazon, then received a text, email and phone call confirming the arrival date with many options if we needed to change. I also got a phone call the day of delivery letting me know the time expected of arrival....they were right on time. The shipping guys were extremely helpful and courteous, brought it right in the house- went the extra mile. It was in three giant boxes, easy to open and in perfect condition. We put it all together in less than an hour- and that was taking our time. (two people are really helpful, but could easily be put together by one) The brackets that connected the pieces- I could see being a little finicky if you don't follow the directions, but I'm pretty sure they would withstand an elephant- extremely sturdy as is the entire couch. Very impressed with solid wood construction and fabric quality. The only thing I could say at all about the couch.... we had been looking at the teal/turquoise color and while we were mulling around it went out of stock and settled for the Azure- thinking it was more of a navy..... it is not. It is more what we thought the teal/turquoise would look like, so we are SO happy with it. IT IS what many other reviews mention- its very firm. (we wanted that). The size measurements on the site said 107" both ways, it is more like 112", but that's not an issue for us. We also thought the feet might stick out but they do not, they are fully under the couch. Hope it lasts for many years to come. Hopefully be able to review again in about 6 months to comment on wear. Overall- worth the money, worth the wait and an amazing couch. ... show more

I normally don't consider reviews too much but I should have listened this time. I actually like the couch and the sturdy feel of it, HOWEVER the alignment holes in the couch where you would screw in the brackets were way off making the couch crooked and nearly unattachable to each other. ALSO, the brackets themselves were welded entirely off making the brackets unable to safely screw into the couch. Seller customer contact is even worse...I reached out letting them know the defective/damaged things with the couch, I was told it would take about 1-3 days for a response so I waited 4 to give them some time and ended up having to reach back out again which then I was told it take 3-5 days for a response...So I waited a week and heard nothing before again reaching back out, well then they said to wait like another 2 day. At this point I was frustrated and it felt like they were just pushing this off. Finally got back saying they can send replacement parts for the defects instead of a full refund, I mentioned that the whole unalignment is on the couches themselves and it's not just an issue with the brackets. Well she said since i'm REFUSING (all caps like that in her response too..) part replacement they will be scheduling a pickup ASAP, at this point they haven't refunded me anything and wanted to schedule a company to come take the couch away. Kept telling me I received things when I didnt, they ended up sending replacement parts anyways which was just screw. I literally sent them all the photos of defects and they didn't even send the correct parts. They kept accusing my of refusing things and not listening to what I was telling them, needless to say this company has a great product with unfortunate defects and a horrific customer contact for resolutions. Save yourself a headache and deal with a different seller, the couch is still nice. ... show more

I waited for weeks for this sectional to be back in stock. I recently bought a new home and I'm decorating in a med-century modern style. This sectional fits that look perfectly! However, it is HARD as can be to sit on. The seat is deep so I am hoping some lumbar pillows will help. The seat cushions are so firm that I worry they won't soften up so much as become dented from sitting in the same spots. Maybe down the road I can have the cushions restuffed? Time will tell... I can't imagine the headache it would be to return a sectional sofa so I am keeping it. I give the look and style of this piece 5 stars but sadly only 1 star for comfort/function. ... show more

This is an absolutely stunning couch! We are so pleased with how it brightens up the room. It's firm but very comfortable. We had to bring it through 4 doorways, down a flight of stairs, and around a tight corner and it fit without any trouble. My only complaint is that the couch arrived well *ahead* of schedule. This could be problematic, but we received two phone calls ahead of time so it was fine for us and should be fine for most customers (and in fact it was great to get it early!). Beautiful sofa. We got the L-shaped sectional and it is modular so you can put it together in several different ways. We currently have the two "loveseats" put together as one long couch and the "corner couch" as a separate seat. This set is quite firm, so this is not for you if you want something soft and squishy. ... show more
