    • Comfy but back cushions fall

It’s very soft and cushy and I like how deep the sofa is. The size is perfect for my room. I like the feel of the fabric and overall I really like it. But there’s one flaw about this sofa which is causing me a lot of trouble; the back of the sofa is too low and doesn’t support the back cushions. They cushions fall when you stand up and they don’t stay in place. I try pushing the cushions down behind the sitting cushions but then the sitting cushions are pushed too far forward and it feels like you’re slanting forward and unstable. I’m currently trying to figure out how to fix this. Considering stick-on velcro but again because the back is so low I’m not sure if Velcro would work well. I’m also considering putting some kind of wood board behind the sitting cushions to support them and staining it so it doesn’t look horrible. Frustrating but I’m determined to find a way because I like it a lot otherwise and how the heck do you return furniture this large. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I LOVE MY COUCH!!! Pros: EASIEST assembly! (Opening the boxes & unwrapping was harder than putting the actual couch together). The only thing you had to assemble were the legs of the couch and it came with an Allen key. The couches come with a hinge at the bottom and you only have to lift the couch up place in the hole and push and it locks in place. The couches are very light (unless im strong 29yo female 165lbs 5’9) i was able to assemble couches in less than 30 minutes. I fall asleep comfortably because the couch and the ottoman are long enough to fit me lying down. The actual 3rd party vendor delivery guys were amazing ! They carried every box up to the 2nd floor and inside my apartment with no complaints. Even called 30minutes in advance to let me know they were almost at my home. No funky smell! Fluffy thick couches and the pillows/seats do NOT slip off or move! Cons: They use a third party vendor NOT amazon and even if you choose a date and time they do not care. The seller will let you know when you have to be home for the delivery, no other options. I had scheduled for a time i would be home (6pm) and they delivered at 2pm. I had to use PTO for a couch delivery! The actual delivery guys were amazing ! They carried every box up to the 2nd floor and inside my apartment with no complaints. ... show more

Knocked down a star because shipping/delivery got delayed and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone directly. It finally arrived and the people who unloaded offered to build and remove trash for an additional fee in which we denied. Assembly and instructions are easy and so far we love the couch! You can link them together or keep them as is to move around. It is comfy and not cheap feeling or extremely firm. This couch is horrible! Someone said the fabric is like outdoor furniture and that is 100% accurate. It is NOT pet friendly and very difficult to clean. The back is too low so the cushions just keep falling off or get slouched down. But, the worst thing about this couch is that it pills horribly which makes it always look dirty even when it's not.
