I haven't found any knee support to really be of much help, but these fit well, were very secure - did not roll or bunch up. Easy to hand wash, fairly easy to put in and take off, though if you have arthritic hands, you might need help. Loved the blue color and the stretch. It have some support and did help stabilize my kneecap enough to allow me to continue to walk, but not run. I'd definitely recommend these over the more expensive single knee braces or knee straps. They are very well made, not exactly comfortable, but not bad for the amount of support they offer.

I am really impressed by these knee braces. After using the ubiquitous C. braces for a year or two, they died. I hopped on Amazon to check things out. I got an XS and yes, I really measured. I thought about a S but I am glad I didn't. They were small the first day, but after that good, and support was excellent. I use them during yoga for 1.5 hrs daily. They don't restrict movement at all! They don't press, hurt or anything but they work fantastic. They stay up with no pinching. I will be buying another pair soon, and maybe something different from this brand for my daily sitting at my desk. My only criticism (like a few on here) is the fact that they are short. There isn't much extraneous material above and below the knee. Then I figured, you know, they work!! Perhaps that extra material is not even needed. Thanks to this company for rescuing an aging yoga person's knees!

I would have given these 5 stars, but they did not fit. They were too small. I measured like the seller said to and ordered the size the seller said to. I returned them. There was no hassle. I tried them on as soon as I got them. Determined they didn't fit. Contacted Amazon. Took them to UPS in the original package and they handled everything. I then ordered the next size up. The came the next day. They fit perfect. I have been wearing them for 2 weeks with no problems while convalescing from a knee injury in front of the TV with my leg propped up. Walked on the treadmill everyday for a week. Compression is good. They stay up without sliding down. I put them in the washer and they survived.

This is about the 10th pair of knee braces I have bought and returned. They either didn’t offer enough support or were too challenging to put on. I’m so happy to say that these work. I can’t find a thing wrong with them. Once you read the directions for putting them on, it’s quick and easy. But they still provide great support and make it possible for me to workout and walk for exercise. I had to order the extra small but they fit and feel great, stay in place and don’t cut off your circulation or pinch. Money well spent!

I ordered a medium, which fit perfectly around my kneecap, but is pretty tight on my thighs! If I were to size up, it would be too loose around my knee, which is where I need the support of the most. I can’t wear it for long periods or it starts to hurt my thigh 😂 but it will have to do for now.
