They appear to be sending out the wrong hardware for the armrest. Another reviewer said the same thing. The screws are too big and it does not work. Also the "white tufted" is not white it is very beige and the box says beige. photos are not correct. We decided to keep the couch and put it in the basement. Couch is comfortable. Cushions are wide but length wise, they don’t stick out as much so if you’re a heavier person it might feel a bit small. Without the ottomans as leg rest it would be tough to lounge, forces you to sit upright depending on leg length. Overall I would recommend but also be prepared to possibly have to buy proper screws or communicate with the seller to send you some free of charge . ... show more

Just go to an actual furniture store, this couch is not even up the my hip I’m 5’0 the couch is super low to the ground I might as well sit on the floor, missing pieces to this couch, the only arm we were able to assemble was the right arm and when we tried to build the left arm it was wobbly and uneven the rest of the pieces to connect the bottom bases were missing let’s not forget to mention the instructions suck I thought I was reading something in a foreign language… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A PRETTY PICTURE because that’s not what you’ll be receiving. ... show more
