I do not recommend buying this couch, it is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever had the displeasure of sitting on. All the reviews say to give it a week or two to let it settle but I've had it since March and it's still hard as rock. The packaging was horrendous you have to have all 7 boxes open at the same time because it's all mixed together. You can feel every connection point when you're sitting on it the metal bars in between. Since buying this couch I have developed a lot of joint pain and lower back pain from sitting on it. Again please don't be fooled like I was do not buy this couch it is not worth $900 it's not worth even $500 ... show more

Here's a practical tip: There wasn't much of an odor when unboxing, but the cushions are vacuum-sealed. Customer service suggested gently patting them to speed up the expansion. I patted them with my hands for a bit, and sure enough, they fluffed up faster and the shape evened out. As a sofa, it has a nice depth for lounging. For sleeping, I added a thin memory foam topper, and it doubled the comfort level. For this price point, the frame and fabric quality are solid—it's definitely not just for show. ... show more

We were looking for a sectional that could handle everyday family life, and this one is perfect. The cushions are firm and supportive but still soft. They haven't sagged at all.
