The media could not be loaded. The only issue I dealt with was getting the bags they came in, open. Which is to be expected since this thing comes vacuum sealed. Super sturdy, comfortable, and a little heavy (which is really nice because my pets don’t move it when they jump on it). The size fits perfectly, it’s not too small and fits about 5 people. I’ve had this couch for a month now and I’ve encountered no issues. One thing I was worried about when purchasing, is the head/back support. It’s much stronger than I anticipated because it’s technically a couch without structure (bones???), but it holds up so well you can’t tell it’s not supported by anything but itself. The color is very beautiful and accurate to images shown. It’s soft and feels like it would cost over $1,000 like you would find in furniture stores. Also don’t worry if it looks wrinkled after you opened it, there’s papers inside saying it takes a couple days to fully inflate. It looks like it never arrived in a vacuum sealed package now.

I was skeptical about this purchase, but I have been seeing a lot of the videos on Tik Tok so I decided to purchase one on Amazon and see what the hype was about! This is super easy to assemble. It is pretty lightweight so moving it was no problem. Perfect height for my animals to easily jump up for cuddles. And it is super sturdy and comfortable! 10/10 highly recommend

The pouf doesn't pouf out all the way- in other words the "foam" within the corduroy fabric does not fully expand evenly. This means some arms/backrests are higher than others- not giving a fully uniform look and feel, making it look cheap. If you can imagine its giving person with a wrinkled blouse tucked into trousers that are half ironed- it just doesn't look great for a living room. The worst part is I feel massive sustainability guilt- as how the heck do I return such a large and cumbersome item?? The sellers have NOT responded to me since I have wrote to them and i'll probably have to fight this return with amazon directly. Is it comfortable? yes- it's like a giant mattress. Does it look good? NO- maybe for your tv room, or kids bedroom or in the basement to watch the game and let your pets hang out on it.....but not for a designer using it for staging. SUMMARY: As someone with a design eye- I don't like the discrepancies in height, the un-filled portions of the edges, and the overall wrinkled look every time you sit on it.

I’m very happy with this couch. I was looking for something cheaper, modular, and easy to clean. The couch is nicely firm and supportive while being comfortable. The fabric is nice and soft, and my cats have not attempted to scratch it at all. I did discover that the covers for the couch pieces, not just the pillows, are all removable and probably machine washable, though I do feel it would probably be difficult to get them back on if I tried to take them off. If you have a hard floor, you’ll need to put something grippy under the sections to keep them from sliding away from each other, but that’s an easy fix. It sits a little lower than a standard couch, but it’s not too much of a difference. All three pieces together did end up being a lot longer than I thought (I did not pay attention to measurements), so I had to put the center seat on another wall and push the chaise and other end together - modular for the win! Shipping was fast. I got all three boxes in under a week over a two-day span, and all of the pieces were packaged very well. Each seat and accompanying pillow was vacuum sealed and rolled inside a very thick, protective fabric zip bag within the box. All over very happy with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Order it NOW! Don’t hesitate. I thought the couch was going to be miniature. It’s not. I thought it would be flimsy. It’s not. No tools needed, beautiful size. It comes in a few boxes and you pull it out and peel the plastic back and it pops right out. It comes in 3 pieces so you can move it around easily. It’s lightweight and did I mention comfortable? Surprisingly firm. The corduroy is easy to clean with a vacuum hose. If you don’t want it all in one place it’s easy to move. Very functional. I’ll be adding colored pillows and maybe some risers because it does sit low, but it offers great support. I love this piece of furniture. Now I need a matching chair of some kind. Oh, it arrived very quickly as well.

This product arrived super fast and was convenient to install its hard to believe how such a big sofa can fit in such small boxes. Its comfortable and big. The only thing I didnt like was the color it's such a shiny Grey for my taste, I would've preferred it be more matte

Really happy with this purchase. It's soft yet firm and very comfortable and stylish. Perfect for my first lil apartment :) only "negative" I would say is that a lot of fuzzies stick to it but that's with all corduroy fabrics but I would still very much so recommend this couch.
