The reviews were mixed on this couch so it was a tough decision but I went for it and bought it. Here is my honest review. This is not a small couch. Please review the size and measure your space. It is what I would consider a full-size couch with deep cushions. It is VERY low to the ground. If you have knee issues or other mobility issues it might not be the couch for you. When you sit on it you do tend to sink in a bit so it could be difficult to get out of. It is very soft and comfortable. I would suggest it feels more like sitting on a bed rather than a traditional couch. Is that a bad thing? I don’t think so but for someone who likes a firmer couch, this would be a no. You need to be patient with it when you first get it. It can take a few days to expand to its full size. It is a great boneless couch if that is what you are in the market for. It’s beautiful with incredibly soft fabric. I am very happy with my purchase and have no regrets. This sofa arrived last week, and I made sure to give it a full 120 hours to decompress before sitting on it. I’ve seen reviews mentioning a violent or dangerous expansion, and this is simply not true. You can easily control the process! You get a mini-cutter in one of the boxes, which lets you make a small, precise incision in the outer packaging. Everything then proceeds in a very controlled manner. The Positives * Aesthetics and Color: The sofa is very beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. I ordered the grey, and the color is an exact match—no misleading filters or color shifts. * Material Quality: The fabric is nice, cozy, and feels durable—definitely not cheap material. It seems solid and high-quality for the price. * Pillow Design: All the main cushions have zippers, suggesting the covers can be removed and washed (a big plus!). Additionally, there are clever round pillows attached by zippers behind the main back cushions. These are great for support and maintaining the shape of the main pillows, and you can easily detach them if preferred—a very nice touch! A Note on Dimensions (Read if Space is Tight!) While most measurements are generally accurate, and you should expect some margin of error with a boneless/fill-based sofa, I did notice a few discrepancies: * Armrest Height: The height from the floor to the armrests is 22”, not the listed 23”. * Chaise Length: The diagram shows the 61” chaise length measurement starting from the pillow/cushion. This is incorrect. The 61” is measured from the back of the sofa (where the back cushion rests). The longest outer edge of the chaise, which is 70”, does match the description. * Overall Width: My sofa measured 106” wide, not 104”. Conclusion: Overall, this is a beautiful and cozy sofa that offers great quality and a smart design. My advice for future buyers: always assume a margin of error regarding the dimensions, especially if you are planning a room layout with little to no tolerance. If you can allow a few inches of wiggle room, you will be very happy with this purchase! ... show more

I’m really happy with this sofa. The vibe is exactly what I was going for modern, cozy, & clean without feeling bulky. It’s super comfortable whether I’m lounging, watching TV, or just relaxing at the end of the day. The cushions are supportive but still soft enough to sink into. after using for a few months i’d say it’s a pretty solid temporary couch. i wouldn’t keep it forever but it’s serving its purpose for what we needed. comfy, hasn’t deflated or lost shape yet. i do recommend keeping it backed up to a wall for stability. color was exactly what i expected.

The media could not be loaded. The only issue I dealt with was getting the bags they came in, open. Which is to be expected since this thing comes vacuum sealed. Super sturdy, comfortable, and a little heavy (which is really nice because my pets don’t move it when they jump on it). The size fits perfectly, it’s not too small and fits about 5 people. I’ve had this couch for a month now and I’ve encountered no issues. One thing I was worried about when purchasing, is the head/back support. It’s much stronger than I anticipated because it’s technically a couch without structure (bones???), but it holds up so well you can’t tell it’s not supported by anything but itself. The color is very beautiful and accurate to images shown. It’s soft and feels like it would cost over $1,000 like you would find in furniture stores. Also don’t worry if it looks wrinkled after you opened it, there’s papers inside saying it takes a couple days to fully inflate. It looks like it never arrived in a vacuum sealed package now. ... show more
