ALEXES Organic Melt and Pour Soap Base is a perfect option for natural soap making. The soap base is already cut into small cubes, so all you have to do is melt them and pour the liquid soap base into molds. It is great for using with silicone or plastic molds, and it won't stick to even the most intricate soap mold. Create your own beautiful homemade soap bars. Since the soap base is unscented, it is perfectly compatible with essential or fragrance oils, acquiring a wonderful scent. Additionally, the soap base contains moisturizing glycerin known to draw moisture from the air into the skin. This clear soap base is free of any animal fats, and will rinse cleanly off of skin. Our organic soap base comes in a strong zip-lock bag that is sealed for extra safety of the product during transportation. Directions: Place the soap base in a microwave-safe container. Heat it at low temperature and stir it every 20-30 seconds until it’s fully liquid. Alternatively, the base can be melted in a double boiler. Blend in essential oils, dyes, and skin-safe additives, if you wish. Pour it into a mold. Sprinkle the soap surface with rubbing alcohol to avoid bubbles. Let it cool until it’s completely solidified. Ingredients: Water (25-50 %), Glycerin (25-50 %), Sorbitol (5-10%), Sodium cocoate (5-10%), Sodium palmate (10-25%), Decyl glucoside (1-5%), Sodium chloride (1-5 %), Tetrasodium etidronate (0,01-0,1%), Pentasodium pentetate (0,01-0,1%).
