Update 10 months later: the team has been really good about reaching out to me and fixing the issues. It seems like I had a defect covering and it’s almost all been replaced as I’m waiting on the covering now. The feather issue is with all feather couches apparently so do your research. Update: 6 months later, the couch is no longer comfy and more seams have came undone. Making the overall appearance look as if it’s been owned for years. They were kind to send me new cushion and pillow coverings which have held up well. But the outside covering for the actual couch and ottoman is the one that has came undone. Maybe it’s a manufacturing error because the second set they sent me was made of good material so Atleast the pillow and cushions coverings are decent. Update: I understand why it isn’t viral. We had this delivered april 2nd. Almost a month later and there’s feathers everywhere. This sectional advertise that it is washable which is why we bought it. However, after the first wash we realized there was threads in our washer machine on the delicate wash. Fast forward to our second wash and we already have one cushion with a seam busted open and another that threading came undone today. This is a pretty big con and honestly it sucks that it’s only been about a month and the couch seems to be falling apart. Original: Why isn’t this viral? This couch is bigger than I thought and easier to put together than most things I’ve ordered. Bonus it’s machine washable and you can order other colors from the brands website. I have kids and a quick wipe after a spill takes like 30 seconds to get it back to its regular appearance. It’s also super comfy and not the heaviest couch. Plus there’s a lot of room under each modular to use as storage for those who live in apartments or smaller homes. I’ll insert a video and picture so yall can see how lovely it is.

Received the 3 seat couch and chase in the color white. It’s a really beautiful,bright white color! The material is soft, the cushions are thick as well. It took 30 mins or so to put together. We haven’t put the chase together yet(life). We really appreciate the free screwdriver included for a small area to add the joint attachment. Communication with the Intuition Decor was consistent and the reply time frame was quick. The cushions were plumping up super fast too. Yes, it’s the same company as the website: Intuitiondecor.com. Very comfortable to sit on so far. I plan to give an update in 6 months but i can say im so happy with the entire purchase experience.

Bought this couch a year ago. Worst couch I ever had. It doesn’t even look the same when it came. Honestly I keep my house so clean you could literally lick the floors how they’re clean. This couch has gotten so dirty even after I washed it, I have no clue. I have no kids, pet free smoke home, don’t eat on the couch, no shoes in home.My house is very clean. I wish to leave a better review, but maybe if I get replacements of new cushions or something at least. My cushions have flatten out, feather is coming out nonstop, and it’s not comfortable no more when I first got it. It even got two rips on different cushions, I have no clue how that happened? I really love this couch when it came, and I’m really trying my best to take care of it. No matter how much I fluff it, it’s flatten out? Wish I could leave a better review.

I looked everywhere in stores for a modular sectional that had removable covers but found nothing! I was nervous to purchase a sectional online without being able to see it in person, and not being able to sit on it to test for comfort. When looking for a sectional, I was certain that I wanted down fill in the cushions to ensure that the cushions didn’t go flat after some use. I found this sectional on Amazon but there weren’t any other reviews on it. Again I was nervous to make such a large purchase without seeing it but I decided to take a chance and I am not disappointed. The look of the couch is very modern. It is incredible easy to put together. I have had to wash the covers already (thanks to our dogs) and they wash up perfectly. There is a good amount of down fill in the cushions which I was please about. The only complaint that I have is that the foam in each cushion which is placed between the down fill is very hard making the couch cushions very stiff and uncomfortable. I am not sure if the foam will soften after more use but if not I will likely purchase new foam for the cushions to make it more comfortable.

I would have never thought in a million years I would buy a couch from Amazon, but I did. I had a tree come through my house missing little dog & I. We haved moved 5 times with insurance etc. I’ve had to restart on several items and things so a fresh comfy couch on my radar for Oliver & I. You can see he already approved. This came in 4 large boxes. I was able to roll up 17 stairs by myself unpacking most below and put together in a few hours after pressing. I panicked as I was missing a back to the center. Well it came 6 hours later all by itself. Whew. 😰 The customer service has been excellent and it went on sale the day after I ordered. They are refunding me now that it has been delivered. Thank you Eric. This couch is deep, comfy, and larger than I guessed. Total bonus. I wanted a deep sofa where Sunday naps felt like I was in bed all day. It gave me the PB vibe which I wanted. Maybe over the years I would add a foam addition if it breaks down, but super happy as is. I also love the fabric more than those others….One happy girl. Oliver & I thank you. We feel like we are in a home again. ❤️
