My new couch is very comfortable and beautiful . I love it. Soft and cushy. It was easy to assemble. I had to iron the linen cushion covers as they were very wrinkled. The fabric is thick and well made. I had a lot of questions before I purchased the couch. The furniture third party store were prompt and honest about the couch. Answered all my questions. I give it a five star. Only draw back is the fabric is not scotch guarded. Had to do myself. Although they are washable. You can also order a new cushion cover if you ever need one. Or change the entire color of the couch with new covers. I would buy again for sure!

I think this couch looks great, and is moderately comfortable. The color looks great, however be sure to purchase a bissell spot cleaner or steam cleaner because the white color does get dirty easily. In addition, if you have pets that like to brush up against your furniture this will definitely get dirty. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being uncomfortable and 5 being super comfortable, I would give this couch a 3.5 to 4. It's not super plush, but for the price it gets the job done. I think its on par for its price point of approximately $2,000. It was really easy to set up. It came in multiple boxes and the seller keeps in constant communication to make sure you are satisfied.

I seldom leave reviews and have never purchased a large furniture item from Amazon. However, I messaged the seller before purchasing and he was so responsive and helpful that I decided to bite the bullet. This went in a small teen hangout space so I didn’t want to spend a fortune on the original from Rest…Hard…. (I know white…but the fabric is great and washable- though dry cleaning is recommended). Communication: The seller emailed all tracking numbers as soon as they were created and shipping was remarkably fast. The last 2 of 8 boxes arrived a few days later and seller again provided a shipping update. I received the entire set within 9 total days (it would have been 2 days earlier but FedEx had a weather delay). Packaging: Unbelievable attentive. There are even plastic corner protectors on all the boxes. They arrived pristine with instructions in each box. Setup: Pretty much unpack it and ready to go. Back and corner pieces quickly slide on. Cushions are vac sealed- advised to give 48 hours to fluff up. However, I found they pop up pretty quickly. Slipcover the frame (which is in a cloth sleeve to protect it) and lock in latches if you choose. Mine are on an area rug and they don’t move at all. If it was on the wood floor, I would have snapped the connectors together. Tip: I followed the advice of another reviewer and steamed the covers and cushions to get the wrinkles out. Slightly time consuming, but I think worthwhile. It also expedited the fluffing of the cushions. Quality: Blown away for the price. It’s solid. The blend of foam/feathers is perfect for sink in comfort, but it doesn’t flatten out. Yes, it’s down so you will need to fluff, but nothing like the original cloud sofa. Material is soft and one cover had a spot on it (which I’m sure the seller would have assisted if I contacted), but I had no problem with spot cleaning it. The middle pieces need the latch brackets connected and a screwdriver is even included. Those two pieces were literally the only real manual assembly aside from sliding on the backs and corners. Everything connected as expected. Can’t speak to the longevity of this, but I’m genuinely shocked by the level of service, comfort and overall quality of this. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to place this in any room of the house in a different configuration. You can also order extra covers in an array of colors down the road (info is in the box upon delivery). So happy with this purchase and the kids def like it too!

I would have never thought in a million years I would buy a couch from Amazon, but I did. I had a tree come through my house missing little dog & I. We haved moved 5 times with insurance etc. I’ve had to restart on several items and things so a fresh comfy couch on my radar for Oliver & I. You can see he already approved. This came in 4 large boxes. I was able to roll up 17 stairs by myself unpacking most below and put together in a few hours after pressing. I panicked as I was missing a back to the center. Well it came 6 hours later all by itself. Whew. 😰 The customer service has been excellent and it went on sale the day after I ordered. They are refunding me now that it has been delivered. Thank you Eric. This couch is deep, comfy, and larger than I guessed. Total bonus. I wanted a deep sofa where Sunday naps felt like I was in bed all day. It gave me the PB vibe which I wanted. Maybe over the years I would add a foam addition if it breaks down, but super happy as is. I also love the fabric more than those others….One happy girl. Oliver & I thank you. We feel like we are in a home again. ❤️

We are OBSESSED with our new sectional! This couch looks and feels way more expensive than it was. Everything was super easy to assemble (im a fairly strong and competent woman and was able to do it myself.) I’m really pleased at how fast this shipped and arrived- it arrived in one shipment in only a couple of days and the seller was super communicative about everything. I would 1000% recommend this couch for anyone seeking a 5 seater sectional. Sure it’s a little firm, but you must fluff the cushions when they arrive as well as every few days to remain comfortable
