This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes. Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably. Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it. I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing. ... show more

Love the color - purchased the black and, to my surprise, it’s more of a black/silver gray making it a perfect match for my living room decor! I read reviews about some difficulties is assembling but my husband was an able to assemble without difficulty pretty fast. The oversized chair comfortably seats 2 people which I love! The two seater L shaped sofa is larger than expected but okay with me and can seat more than 3 people! The sofa/oversized chair is standard height and you can remove the feet to sit flush to the floor if so desired. The cushions are firm for a few weeks but eventually they start to soften and conform for your comfort. This was definitely quality for the money spent! Comes with 2 throw pillows for the sofa and one for the chair. The fabric is soft and easy to clean. The fabric does draw lint but that’s nothing a small lint brush won’t fix! Happy with the purchase and the price! The ottoman came with the sofa to make it L-shaped but can be moved anywhere you want to use it or not! ... show more

Love the couch only gripe is the low back. Time will tell the build quality but from what met the eye everything looks fairly sturdy. Cushions are nice and soft perfect for lounging around and plenty of space to sit. Overall would definitely recommend. Is there a way to buy an ottoman individually?

Like another reviewer shared, the white color looks absolutely yellow stained -, it's horrible. The couch is uncomfortable and so low to the ground that is difficult to sit up. It is definitely not worth this price. I have been going back and forth with the seller who is not being accommodating at all. It clearly states that item is returnable - they have given me every excuse possible including it's too expensive to ship it back, they've sold many of these and no one else has had an issue, the color shows up exactly as advertised which it does not it is an actual gross yellow stained fabric that looks so old and used. I am working with Amazon to resolve. I wouldn't use this couch if it was free. ... show more

This couch is beautiful I loveee everything the size the quality is there especially for the price it doesn’t look cheap it’s really comfy. Everything is exactly what I was looking for. It is a little low but it’s fine for me I got used to it as well and it’s super easy to build but we had trouble with one of the holes I guess it was aligned properly I’m not sure. The only thing that I hate is the color it’s not as white as it shows on camera. It has this yellowiness that almost makes it look stained. I have beige walls and curtains so the yellownes I feel like it stands out more. This would have been a 10/10 for me it it wasn’t for the color. I’ll go as far to say the blue sofa looks like an Anthro dupe. It’s beautiful, it was easy to put together, deep seated, and comfortable. The 120 inch U shape is large enough for me and my husband to stretch all the way out and someone else could still sit down. The cushion covers come off so they can be washed.
