This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes. Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably. Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it. I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing.

This couch is great for people who want something nice for a small space. It took me 3 hours to assemble. Directions were very easy to understand. All parts did not show up on same day so initially I was able to do the 3 seater assemble then finish on the following day when the 4th seat arrived. Feels DURABLE, Comfy, and VERY nice sized. Seller was great at communicating/answering questions. If you’re stalking this the way I did BUY IT! It’s worth it especially for such a great price!

Admittedly, I was worried when I ordered this couch. Mostly because I had never ordered something like this online before, and you take quite a risk ordering this sort of thing online, because you don't get to sit on it in a showroom somewhere and really determine ahead of purchase that it is a product you really think you will be happy with. But overall, I'm very happy with it so far. This product came in two separate boxes (I only bought the two piece loveseat) on two separate days. Though I only got the loveseat technically, it really is long enough that I can lay down on it comfortably, making it more of a slightly smaller couch, really. It's the perfect size for where I wanted to put it, and the appearance and the feel of the couch get five stars! I only have one issue with the design/manufacture. Once I started putting it together (which was nowhere near as difficult as I thought it would be, based on other reviews), I realized that the Velcro strips on the back panels of the couch line up with the Velcro strips on the backs of the back seat cushions in such a way that the cushions have to stand straight up, which admittedly does look a little odd. In other words, the cushions can't really lay or lean back at all or the Velcro strips don't line up. It's probably not a real problem, and I could just function without them being Velcroed to the back of the couch without issue. But, I would've thought they would have lined up better, personally. If I could suggest a fix to the manufacturer, I would suggest just sewing on a wider strip of the softer portion of the Velcro to the back of the cushions instead (not the rougher piece that's on the back panel), perhaps double the width of the current strip. That would allow the purchaser/user a little bit of leeway in how they want their cushions attached, sitting higher and more upright, or sitting a little lower and more "relaxed/natural". It's not enough of an issue that I would reduce a star or anything though, and otherwise, the couch seems of good quality and comfort. Also, when I was putting it together, I had noticed that half of the legs had a felt pad on the bottom of the feet, and half didn't. After I contacted the seller and sent them a photo of what I was talking about, they had new adhesive felt pads sent to me quickly (which I received within just a couple of days). So, I have to commend the seller on their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the problem quickly and satisfactorily. Again, not an issue worthy of reducing a star or anything, especially with how easy it was to have corrected. So overall, I'm very happy with this couch and would highly recommend it to anyone.

After a few weeks of use I can say if you’re looking for something comfortable and affordable buy this! It’s very sturdy and larger than I thought it would be (I did measure) My couch came in three boxes that DID arrive on different days. Assembly was easy and didnt take more than an hour or two. The covers are removable and washable. I haven’t had any problems except for it being a little low to the ground and the ottomans do tend to slide when you’re laying down. I would definitely recommend putting this on a rug or carpet. Otherwise the naps on this couch have been great.

Easy to assemble even though some of the steps were missing. I understand how some people are messing up the back assembly as there is no diagram or instructions for that part. Also I feel the legs could be a bit taller at least 6inches. But overall the sofa is great, the material is nice and sitting on it is awesome. Its definitely more Ivory in color and not beige, white or cream so make sure you understand what your buying before complaining. We have the U shape. I gave 3 stars due to the instructions and also the description Beige White is not a color. Its definitely Ivory. The hint of yellow is very distinctive. The company should send me an ottoman due to mental anguish of having to redecorate to match colors because this chair is not Beige. Please fix the description for the color.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised and impressed with this sofa! I put it together myself, I don’t have any experience with assembling things! It was easy-ish, made a few mistakes and had to back track a couple times but I did it by myself! It’s cushy and comfortable, I’m a 5’6 female and can stretch out comfortably on it. I also love the size and height, I kept seeing reviews that it was too low/short but it is perfect for me as a slim athletic person. Luckily I was home when it was delivered and that was the most stressful part of the entire experience. Everything came together in two boxes. I got the blue-grey “velvet” because I have a cat and chenille isn’t good for them because they can pull the threads out… I wouldn’t call it velvet, more of a microfiber. This color was the only one that wasn’t chenille, wish there were more color choices. All in all I love it and think it looks great in my new place :) I had major decision fatigue and thought about it for weeks before buying, and I’m glad I finally decided to get it!
