I was worried about the fit because of the reviews but these worked perfectly for me and my wife. I ordered the XL for myself and the L for wife. They do run a little small. The XL fits me very well, L is my usual clothing size but XL is my bra size so I’d say the sizing was accurate for me. The L is a little bit tight on my wife, who usually wears M-L clothing. She was able to adjust the straps so it’s still a good fit, but they’re on the larger setting for her. The vests are very comfortable and do not get in the way while kayaking. We’ve only been using them for a few months but they’re showing no signs of wear so far. Good vests

I’m glad I read other’s reviews about sizing and sized up one. I’m a petite, 5ft female usually wear XS/S but sized up to a M in this life jacket and it’s perfect. Feels snug and secure with 4 adjustable front straps. Not terribly bulky either. Highly recommend for value and style.

I kept it because I really like how comfortable it is. However I don’t consider myself to have a large bust and for a women’s jacket you would think the jacket would account for this a bit more. Especially because it fits my waist perfectly fine. I have no issue buckling the top but it’s an awkward gap between my chest.

It’s easy to put on and take off, and the buckles are smooth and simple to adjust—even with wet hands. I’ve worn it for 8+ hours at a time and stayed comfortable the whole day. It also dries fast and doesn’t hold onto odors, even after repeated use in saltwater. The buoyancy is excellent and gives me peace of mind without restricting movement. The size chart is a lie. I measured and bought the correct size for my measurements. When I received the life vest, I thought they had either sent me a child's life jacket or the wrong adult size. NOPE, this life jacket is just made too small and the size chart should be updated. I had my daughter try it on and the womens large by Oneill barely fit my 5'7" very slim 102 lb daughter. In fact her xsmall life jacket from another brand is about the same size as this womens large. Definitely size up on this if you plan on buying. I have nobody in my house that this fits, so back to amazon it goes.

I used this for the first time at the lake a couple weekends back. I felt very secure in it despite the water being somewhat rough and choppy. I used it both for tubing and for just floating in the water. When I was tossed off the tube, each time I popped right back up out of the water, just as I should with this vest. I am about 115 lbs with a small chest, typically wearing a size XS blouse/small t-shirt. The size small in this life vest was almost too tight for me but ultimately made me feel very secure since it fit well. The quality is great, it's lightweight, and it dried quickly after each use!

I love how lightweight and comfortable this life jacket is! I've paid $60 to $80 for other life jackets that weren't nearly as comfortable in the water or out. I paddleboard and kayak and this doesn't rub my arms or shoulders or impede movement and I am SO thrilled to finally find one that doesn't ride up in water or make me feel like it's up around my neck. It has a deep V cut that stays put and a shorter design which I really like for sitting because it doesn't push up like some of the longer torso life jackets do.
