We love our couch! But be ready to have a horde of boxes to sort through. The instructions were fairly easy and with the two of us we got it together in about an hour or two. We've had it for a year now and its still in great shape and cozy. Some things I didnt pay attention to when buying: Its lower to the ground than i expected, and the back rest is also very low, like only halfway up our backs if you sit upright on it. That being said, its very spacious. Two people can lay down on it on each end comfortable. We have a xl german shephered and two small dogs and we can all fit on the couch and foot rests :) Easy to snuggle up in the corners with a pillow and fall asleep on. I love that the cushions are all removable to easily clean or move around. The frame is durable and nothing has broken or loosened in a year of heavy usage. The only thing I wish for is a higher back rest, but weve made out using the throw pillows as needed. Overall its a great couch for the price, assembly was fairly easy but not recommended to do solo, just as there are large parts to hold in place for just two hands. Dogs love it as much as we do. I did try to four star this because of the low back rest but I could not for some reason. Its the only downfall, the back cushions are very cozy but the back frame of the couch is very hard metal, so the way your head would rest on it is not comfortable without an added pillow or blanket ... show more

I absolutely love this couch!! I got the u shape and it came in 3 different boxes. It wasn't that hard to put together. Me and my daughter put it together. It's sooo comfortable!!! I was afraid it was going to be stiff and firm but it's so comfortable! Soft and cozy and great for a movie night. The color is just what I was wanting! It's very solid and sturdy, perfect for our family of 5. Back support is good and the cushions are nice and thick. I expect this to last for many years. I'm so pleased with this purchase. Just what I expected and more! I'm 68 and I put this together myself 👍🏻✂️🦋. Everything lined up.It took me an hour because I took my time and walked away a couple of times. This was the easiest thing I ever put together. This purchase couldn't be more perfect. The gorgeous blue it's just exceptional, and it's so comfortable and cushy. Overall I’d give this couch about a 3–3.5 out of 5. It looks much better than it feels. The color is beautiful, the size is great, shipping was fast, and assembly was easy. However, comfort is the most important factor for me when buying a couch, and this is where it falls short. The seat cushions are fine and I’d describe them as medium firm, but the back cushions are underfilled, sit very upright, and leave noticeable gaps between them. They also attach with Velcro, which is convenient, but the Velcro is positioned fairly low on the back of the couch. Because of this, the pillows tend to tilt downward instead of naturally leaning back with your body like most couch cushions. To make them more comfortable, I found myself having to detach the Velcro, which defeats the purpose in my opinion. The couch itself is very long, and two people can easily stretch out across it. My family of five can all sit on it comfortably from a space standpoint. Unfortunately, comfort is a different story. Even with the ottoman, I don’t find it particularly comfortable for movie nights or long periods of lounging. Without the ottoman, I think most people who enjoy curling up on the couch would find it too shallow. It’s more of a couch you sit on while chatting with guests than a couch you sink into with the family for a movie marathon. For reference, I’d choose my old stained, worn out couch over this one purely based on comfort. Coming from a very deep, soft couch, this one was a bit of a shock. If you’re buying primarily for appearance, this couch looks great and is a good value for the price. If comfort is your top priority, I’d keep shopping or increase your budget. After comparing several modular sofas—including the Annabeii and a few other brands—I decided on the 86" modular sofa with ottoman in black, and I'm so glad I did. I chose this sofa because of its size, seat depth, and black fabric. The dark color is a huge advantage in a home with dogs and children, and the deeper seat is especially comfortable for taller people. I'm tall and can sit or lounge comfortably without feeling cramped. Before purchasing, I read some reviews saying the back cushions weren't supportive enough or that the sofa lacked padding. That hasn't been my experience at all. While the back cushions are a little slimmer than some traditional sofas, they're still comfortable and provide plenty of support. Overall, I think the cushioning strikes a nice balance between supportive and cozy. My entire family—including our pets—loves this sofa. It's become everyone's favorite place to relax (and nap!). Is this a sofa that's going to last 15 years? Probably not. But if you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, well-priced sofa that should provide several years of everyday use, I think it's an excellent value. I already had a leather sofa in my living room and wanted something that complemented it without overwhelming the space. This sofa fits perfectly and makes the room feel complete. Everyone who sees it is surprised when I tell them it came from Amazon—they assume it's from a much more expensive furniture store. The fabric looks exactly as pictured. I've already had a small spill, and it wiped up easily with a damp cloth. It also does a great job hiding pet hair, even with my black dogs. Cleaning is simple with either a vacuum or a damp cloth. It comes with two small accent pillows, and I'll probably add a couple more just for decoration. A few quick observations: Size/Fit: Perfect for my medium-sized living room. Comfort: Medium firmness with comfortable support throughout. Seat Depth: Excellent, especially for taller adults. Padding: Plenty of cushioning. The back is slightly slimmer than some sofas but still very comfortable. Cleaning: Easy to vacuum or wipe clean. Pet Friendly: The black fabric hides pet hair surprisingly well. Appearance: It honestly looks even better in person than it does in the online photos. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it. I was a little nervous buying a couch I couldn't see/test in person. I did a lot of research and decided to take the plunge on this one and I have to say I am VERY satisfied! This couch is fantastic for the price. It's actually very easy to put together and also light enough to move around easily. The fabric seems like good quality and won't wear out too quickly, it's soft material. I also like that it's washable. For comfort, usually the higher price you pay the more comfortable it is, but for this price range the comfort level is really good! I like that there's support (unlike the pure boneless couches) but soft enough to sink into a little. I wanted a couch that I could lay on, and this does the job. I got the 2 seater with the ottoman, but it can very comfortably fit 3 and fits great in my smaller layout. Also, shipping process was great. It came in 2 boxes and arrived days before it was anticipated to so I got it very quickly. For pet parents, my cat wouldn't sit on our old couch at all, she hated it. Ever since I built this couch she hasn't left. Furry paw seal of approval! Overall, very happy I took the chance and recommend this! ... show more

I did extensive research on affordable couches, took me forever to make a decision and finally decided on this one, assembling took one hour and did it by myself, it’s very comfortable and looks absolutely great for the price I am very impressed. All covers are removable and washable, my only small critique would be the back cushions, they are on the the thin side, and the feet of the couch are made of plastic (seems strong but we’ll see). Cushions are very comfortable after only few hours I’m sure they’ll get even better after 24hr. Overall you can’t beat that for the price. ... show more

This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes. Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably. Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it. I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing. ... show more
