This was very easy to put together. Took maybe an hour. The hardest part was removing my old stuff. It’s a little low to the ground but I’d say average. The color is beautiful the price was amazing. The back cushions could be a little more fluffy but overall great.

Really happy with how these look and feel. I bought two sets and they are both great. The light gray has a slight warm/beige undertone, not overly silver which I like. I think the fabric is strong and will hold up well. Delivery was quick. Very easy to put together. I changed out the legs (6”) and added extra stuffing from my old sofa to the backs and ends of the new sofas. It wasn’t bad to start but even better with these little customizations. ... show more

This is a decent couch for the price. It’s slightly small in width but I’m able to lay down on it very comfortably as well as my toddler-I’m 5’2. It’s comfortable enough and fluffy. It’s lower to the ground than standard couches. The black color is more of a dark gray/charcoal-not a true black. The ottoman slides very easily so if it’s not going on a rug or carpet you’ll want grip pads on the legs. Overall, decent with very little complaints. ... show more

    • How to have a nice custom inexpensive couch

The dimensions are accurate. Like a lot of people say it is short. The problem is they use 3 inch legs. For short people this should be great, but short we are not. So for us I bought 6 inch wooden legs that match the legs on my chairs. (available on Amazon) Make sure to use M8 bolt pattern if you replace legs. The fabric is a good quality durable velvet. It should last just fine. The bottom cushions are nice firm cushions that should hold up for some time. The back cushions are a little wimpy but my remedy is to customize with a fabric that will tie my curtains in with the couch by making 2 large cushions to go behind the wimpy back ones. These are the most uncomfortable couches I have ever sat on. I purchased the sofa, loveseat and the couch and although it is really pretty and their customer service was excellent, the cushions are so hard and firm it’s like sitting on the floor with your back up against a wall. I would’ve returned it but who’s getting all this back in the box, so I’ll save until I can replace. I’m hoping the more you sit on i them the softer they’ll get. ... show more

This can be put together solo but two ppl is best. I really could've used a clamp to help. Couch is very firm. I am 5'7 and 230lbs and it has just enough room for me and my cat to lay on my side. I am investing in double sided tape to keep the cushions in place. The color seems to have an off white kinda yellowish hue. The height is fine for my liking but an additional inch for the legs would be nice. The back of couch is very thin. I had to help the delivery carrier bring it up 3 flights of stairs. ... show more

Very pleased with this couch and chair. It took about an hour and half for my husband and I to put together. At first I was worried that it was a little too short but once the cushions were on it was a great height. We needed a new couch as our sectional was broken and I didn’t want to spend a ton of money as our cats like to use the couch as a scratching post. This was the best bang for our buck, it’s durable and comfy! When it did arrive, after assembly I noticed we were missing an ottoman. I reached out and the seller immediately shipped the replacement. Exceptional customer service! I have always wanted an oversized chair and this is perfect, comfortable to fit myself and one of my cats.
