Okay I moved to a new state and needed a couch. Who knew couches were so expensiveee???? This couch was a great price to begin with. Once I placed the order, I received a message that they will be shipped in 3 boxes and won’t deliver till 12/19 through FedEx. I initially was going to add a professional to assemble but at the last minute I removed that. The couch ended up dating and delivered in two days!! Which was honestly great. They delivered it to my side door. Now I questioned How I will bring them up to the 2nd floor alone lol. I rolled each box up the stairs and though it was a little difficult, I was able to do it by myself. I unboxed each box then read instructions and saw they wanted me to assemble by the box lol which was already too late but because I received everything and it was labeled it was not an issue. Made a few mistakes but caught it in time before getting to far. It took me approx 2 HRS to assemble by myself. Overall very easy, just dealing with Allen keys are always annoying but possible. 10/10. The couch is super supper soft. People complained about the color but I love it. No one wants a all white couch. The cream color is better. Really soft really comfortable. No missing pieces no damaged pieces. Had some left over equipment, basically extra legs for the couch and screws but used everything else. Feels a little bouncy, not firm at all. Very soft to the touch. A lot of space to sit, as someone who is 5’6, the leg space is perfect. Doesn’t feel cheap or low quality at all. Moves very easy on wood floors and I added some padding to the bottom to avoid damaging my floors but can be moved very easily. I took photos of each step because other reviews didn’t show that so hopefully this helps anyone who’s considering. Thank you!!! ... show more

Sorry about the crusty video I’m comfy! Lol absolutely love the couch!! It’s exactly what i was looking for! It’s bigger than i thought it would be ngl 😭 i love that though! 1st thing - ALL of the couch is damn there washable except the very base. Everything else unzips and can be washed! Which was expexy important for me. 2. Thick! It’s definite thick and it feels firm enough - you will not sink into the couch when you sit! 3. Very sturdy! Lemme start with saying - every single box came with more instructions and screws and stuff so i have hella extra screws but that means that if you lose any! You’ll have extra pieces to compensate for it. 4. Assembly was easy!!! I would’ve been able to do it myself (my mom ended up helping me - which was nice - took us about an hour bc she moves too slow lolol) 5. Creamy color like i wanted! It’s not white it’s definitely creamy beige it’s light enough for me it’s gorgeous 6. Delivery - IT CAME EARLY!!!! Omg i was so excited. 3 boxes total - first 2 arrived then last box came the very next day! Quick delivery shipped fast! Lovely lovely and the seller reached out as soon as i placed order :’) 7. No places for storage - that wasn’t my focus or concern though just wanted to add that in there! Lastly: I’ve officially had the couch up for 2 days now! I’m in love. All these blankets are on it bc i haven’t gotten the fabric protector yet - and I’m letting my dogs vibe with me - so keeping it cute !! But i am in love with the couch! This cloud couch is everything I wanted it to be. It was easy to put together. My fiancée and I had it together a little over an hour but that was an us problem and triple checking instructions which were very well written. The pictures were super helpful as well. Everything you need is in the boxes. Next, let me explain that this isn’t my first time buying couches online. The last couch I had, was low to the ground, too firm of seats and the back cushions were a joke. The height of the back cushions and the seat depth was embarrassing. It costed me $300 less than this couch but this couch blew me away. I cannot express how wonderful it has been to me and my fiancée. The ottomans turned this into chaise like seating and I have been sleeping good. It’s sometimes hard to get through a movie because I will fall asleep. I appreciate the craftsmanship and sturdiness of this couch. When sitting on it, you do not feel the hardware. Just straight comfort and softness. If you are looking for a firm couch, this isn’t for you. It is very soft and plush. The seats are so wide and deep so I promise you will be comfortable. The back cushions are high too. I’m 5’9 and I can sit back comfortably. Now with all the good there are some bad. But the bad can be fixed for your comfort and how you want even though for the price, the couch is good as is honestly. So the back cushions are not secured on anything so they will slip around a bit. Not a big issue for me. The legs are only 3inches so it will be super low to the ground. If you are tall like myself, I would invest in 4-6inch legs and problem solved! Lastly, if you have wood flooring or any flooring where furniture can easily move; the legs will slide around on the floor. I purchased rubber pads to keep the couch sturdy and it has been perfect. Other than that, this couch is perfect for the price! You cannot beat it. I would like to show love to the seller as their customer service is top tier and amazing. I had an issue and they were on it and solved it quickly with urgency. Very nice and understanding. This couch is wonderful and will accommodate anyone. All I can say is good luck trying to stay awake while watching tv on this thing. ... show more

This couch is great for people who want something nice for a small space. It took me 3 hours to assemble. Directions were very easy to understand. All parts did not show up on same day so initially I was able to do the 3 seater assemble then finish on the following day when the 4th seat arrived. Feels DURABLE, Comfy, and VERY nice sized. Admittedly, I was worried when I ordered this couch. Mostly because I had never ordered something like this online before, and you take quite a risk ordering this sort of thing online, because you don't get to sit on it in a showroom somewhere and really determine ahead of purchase that it is a product you really think you will be happy with. But overall, I'm very happy with it so far. This product came in two separate boxes (I only bought the two piece loveseat) on two separate days. Though I only got the loveseat technically, it really is long enough that I can lay down on it comfortably, making it more of a slightly smaller couch, really. It's the perfect size for where I wanted to put it, and the appearance and the feel of the couch get five stars! I only have one issue with the design/manufacture. Once I started putting it together (which was nowhere near as difficult as I thought it would be, based on other reviews), I realized that the Velcro strips on the back panels of the couch line up with the Velcro strips on the backs of the back seat cushions in such a way that the cushions have to stand straight up, which admittedly does look a little odd. In other words, the cushions can't really lay or lean back at all or the Velcro strips don't line up. It's probably not a real problem, and I could just function without them being Velcroed to the back of the couch without issue. But, I would've thought they would have lined up better, personally. If I could suggest a fix to the manufacturer, I would suggest just sewing on a wider strip of the softer portion of the Velcro to the back of the cushions instead (not the rougher piece that's on the back panel), perhaps double the width of the current strip. That would allow the purchaser/user a little bit of leeway in how they want their cushions attached, sitting higher and more upright, or sitting a little lower and more "relaxed/natural". It's not enough of an issue that I would reduce a star or anything though, and otherwise, the couch seems of good quality and comfort. Also, when I was putting it together, I had noticed that half of the legs had a felt pad on the bottom of the feet, and half didn't. After I contacted the seller and sent them a photo of what I was talking about, they had new adhesive felt pads sent to me quickly (which I received within just a couple of days). So, I have to commend the seller on their responsiveness and willingness to rectify the problem quickly and satisfactorily. Again, not an issue worthy of reducing a star or anything, especially with how easy it was to have corrected. Easy to assemble even though some of the steps were missing. I understand how some people are messing up the back assembly as there is no diagram or instructions for that part. Also I feel the legs could be a bit taller at least 6inches. But overall the sofa is great, the material is nice and sitting on it is awesome. Its definitely more Ivory in color and not beige, white or cream so make sure you understand what your buying before complaining. We have the U shape. I gave 3 stars due to the instructions and also the description Beige White is not a color. Its definitely Ivory. The hint of yellow is very distinctive. The company should send me an ottoman due to mental anguish of having to redecorate to match colors because this chair is not Beige. Please fix the description for the color. ... show more

I’ve been pleasantly surprised and impressed with this sofa! I put it together myself, I don’t have any experience with assembling things! It was easy-ish, made a few mistakes and had to back track a couple times but I did it by myself! It’s cushy and comfortable, I’m a 5’6 female and can stretch out comfortably on it. I also love the size and height, I kept seeing reviews that it was too low/short but it is perfect for me as a slim athletic person. Luckily I was home when it was delivered and that was the most stressful part of the entire experience. Everything came together in two boxes. I got the blue-grey “velvet” because I have a cat and chenille isn’t good for them because they can pull the threads out… I wouldn’t call it velvet, more of a microfiber. This color was the only one that wasn’t chenille, wish there were more color choices. All in all I love it and think it looks great in my new place :) I had major decision fatigue and thought about it for weeks before buying, and I’m glad I finally decided to get it! ... show more
