We love it! So comfortable. So convenient. We have trouble getting normal/larger furniture down our basement steps and getting this wonderful couch in a box was perfect. The 2 boxes did arrive 2 days apart, but the seller was wonderfully quick at replying with updated tracking for the second box and to make sure it arrived safely. Everything expands pretty fast, but we gave it 2-3 days before sitting on it for it to be more complete. It took perfect shape, firm and extremely cozy. We’ve also love how deep it sits, which makes it great to curl up on or cuddle with someone. Would buy again. Already recommended to friends. ... show more

I am thrilled with how this turned out. Photo is from it after ten minutes and I assume it will keep gradually getting bigger. Love it! Word of caution: it was shipped via FedEx and despite every effort to make sure my Amazon and FedEx account had delivery instructions from before I ordered, FedEx still delivered this 180+ pound box to my complex mailroom. Be very careful if you are moving this on your own. It took myself and two strong men to move it since we didn’t have a dolly available. After nearly dying from getting the box to where it should have been, it was a breeze getting it open and set up. Very comfortable and great value for the money. ... show more

My sofa came damaged. I contacted the company and I was given a partial credit and was sent a replacement immediately. They have excellent customer service, very friendly. The sofa is very comfortable and the fabric is silky soft. I would definitely buy the sofa again, and from this company

Would be nice if it were a little taller for the back of the couch, it's kinda an awkward height so not comfortable without bigger pillows to just prop head up on and kick back on, but that's my only gripe and that isn't anything that the description was deceiving on. It clearly stated the dimensions! It's very soft and love can rearrange it so that it accommodates whatever situation is going on in living room- if need seating then can put in norm formation and even use ottoman as extra seat or can put in chase formation to watch a movie with the family so its like revamping the look of the living room with minimal effort and perfect for what I wanted and needed.
