I received a single center piece of this modular sectional set. Being made of an expandable foam, the piece was shrink wrapped and rolled into a small box for shipping. There was a lot of plastic wrapping and I would suggest opening the contents in an open area. Once you open the air tight package, it doesn't take long for the piece to take shape. Usually foam that has been compressed like this takes 48-72hours for it to complete reform. I have noticed the foam it not completely even on the back part of the section sent to me. There is also a pillow included the width of the piece, but it is very thin. The corduroy material is average at best and it will show quite quickly. Being made of foam, it is comfy to sit in for a while since there is some support to it. The sofa piece definitely shows this product is moderate/average quality - something I would consider good for a dorm space or college apartment. Considering this single center piece was listed at $149.99 I would say it is well overpriced for what you get. They offer multiple options for modular looks which is really nice, but I believe the pricing is way out of touch with reality of the product quality. Call me snobbish, but I could go to a retail furniture store and get something of higher quality for the same/similar price. While this can be a functional piece of furniture, the quality vs price is just too much out of touch for me to recommend it. ... show more
