Some how, this thing fits in 2 104 ib boxes! It was very easy to assemble. It took me about 1.5 hours but Ive built a-lot of furniture. It does have a strong new smell that Im not too big of a fan of. Im sure it'll fade away. The fabric is very soft. I do feel this fabric would not be very resistant to heavy pet use/ their nails over time. (Specifically larger dogs). The foam padding is on the tougher side when sitting on it. Id call it pretty firm. In comparison, my more expensive couch upstairs is more pleasant to sit on. The back is low so expect to buy additional pillows to compensate. Laying your head back may not be a thing with this one. The pillows it comes with are very floppy and flat lol. It is also low to the ground which Im okay with. Some would not be. That being said, for the price, it’s amazing and it does what I need! Look pretty and seats guests twice a year. I bought this for my basement because Mom’s old couch wasn't cutting it anymore! The media could not be loaded. Nice couch. Arrived separately in two very heavy boxes. The assembly took about 2-3 hours. The instructions manual was in the second box so I had to wait for the second package to arrive in order to start assembling both. It’s aesthetic and the seats are deep. The covers are removable and can be washed, which I really like. The only problem is that it’s not very soft and the covers could be thicker. Also, the feathers poke through the pillow covers. I’ve used it for about 3 months now and it’s still a bit hard. Other than that I really like it. ... show more

I love this huge couch! It’s so big I was amazed when I got the first cushion out lol it took me a couple hours to put it all together myself but it was so worth it! I received one box from FedEx and then it said my delivery was complete so I reached out to the seller because I knew there was no way the whole couch would be in one big box. The seller gave me tracking info on the rest of my boxes which came over the next two days individually. They checked in each day to make sure I got the boxes that were supposed to be delivered that day. I can’t say enough about this couch and the seller. If you’re considering it DO IT! It’s so so worth it. Just make sure you have enough space. I got the L version so she real real big 😂 also ignore the pillow placements my 5 year old helped with that. ... show more

This couch is extremely low to the ground - so much so that we were worried about humans over 55 comfortably being able to stand up from it. We purchased 8" replacement feet for this and it has brought it up to a reasonable height. Note - this couch now likes to tip backward if too much weight is placed on the backrest (aka, sitting or leaning on it). The cushions on this thing are huge though! Very much a relaxing couch where competitors offer tiny cushions and tiny couches. These are very large and suited for human bodies to stretch out on. Love love this. Much bigger than I thought it would be. So comfortable and soft I love this so much. Worth the money. Comes in a lot of boxes that are heavy and to put together my boyfriend did it I had no clue what to do.
