The sofa sectional is extremely soft and cozy the height is perfect!! But the assembly was very difficult I'm a 61 year old woman and I had to hire some people from home Depot to help me put it up because there were so many screws and bolts and the instructions on the pamphlet was a little complicated because there was ABCDEFG but it took them in about 4 hours to put it together they were two men that help me. But it was worth it it's beautiful and you and you can't beat the price thank you Amazon ... show more

The couch is beautiful , it took me 4 hours to put together. But I’m a short tiny girl trying my best. I hated every moment of putting it together. But I do like the product so far. I ordered the couch about one month ago and everything arrived together. The packaging was a little damaged, but the couch was not. They provided white gloves for the assembly process, and it took me a few hours to assemble it myself. The instructions were intuitive and easy to follow. Some of the parts were already preassembled and I didn’t need special tools, the necessary tools were provided. After full assembly it looked like the promotional photos. Couch was quite comfortable as we fell asleep many times on it. Also, there was plenty of seat depth and back height. The dual Ottomans were nice. The aesthetics of the couch worked well for our living room which is a dark grey hardwood floor with light colored walls. Only issue we had was after about a month we decided to wash the cushion covers and we removed them only to find some of the interior foam had a strange discoloration. We contacted the seller, and they were proactive with the complaint. They gave us several options to resolve the issue including a full refund. We decided not to keep the couch unfortunately. However, we will consider buying from this seller again because the product was as advertised, and they worked diligently to resolve the issue we encountered. ... show more

I love this couch! It came in separate boxes and one arrived later than the others. Not too much of an issue. This was very easy to assemble. My husband and I had the whole thing done in under an hour. The fabric is so soft, it’s like sitting on a giant teddy bear! It is beautiful and worked perfectly in our space. We ordered this kinda on a whim since it had no reviews and the shop itself barely had reviews. It turned out pretty great! It’s not spectacular, the cushions themself are comfy and have a good amount of padding but for everything else the padding isn’t immaculate BUT it’s not bad. I still think it’s worth it. Just purchased this couch and we are very pleased so far! The color is a very light cream/off white and I think it’s perfect. I had to contact customer service and the response was quick and very helpful. You will need 2 people to assemble and have patience. The couch was delivered in 4 boxes and they are very heavy—it will require 2 people for lifting. If you’re on the fence about buying an online couch before testing it, I think this was great value for the price! ... show more
