The media could not be loaded. Edit: after having the couch for 30 days I've been noticing some problems... The cushions didn't air up all the way and the back pillows keep sinking down into the couch (really annoying) I've also noticed thread pulling on the arm and cushions which will cause holes later down the road I spent $600 with shipping and I'm disappointed that I'm already experiencing problems and Amazon is no help because I'm one day past return date My husband and I just got done putting it together and it was extremely easy took less than an hour. So far the couch is super comfortable and soft. It's pretty low to the ground and that's perfect for my family because we have little kids. I will update my review in three months to see how it's holding up ... show more

I’ve never sat on a more uncomfortable sofa: The back was so hard. The half dozen pillows are so flat it does nothing to soften the blow of the hard, uncomfortable metal back. And the e sofa was so low to the ground, I might as well have sat on a pillow on the floor. Awful Customer Service: They approved my return request, but wanted me to pay an additional non-refundable $200 shipping fee—after I already paid $200 to have it shipped to me. So $400 shipping for a $500 sofa. I asked it they could just come and get it and they kept pleading with me to “try it out.” I politely explained that the sofa was trash and if they didn’t come get it I would throw it in the trash (where it belongs)—which is ultimately what I had to do to make room for a real sofa from a real furniture store. Summary: It’s a trash sofa with trash customer service! It’s unfortunate Amazon doesn’t allow a 0 stars rating. ... show more

So I was timid about buying a couch I couldn't feel, sit on etc. But I am surprised by how much I like it. It came in 3 boxes, the company sent the tracking numbers for all three. That clearly indicated to me it would need assembled...don't understand why one reviewer was shocked by that. Either way, it was easy to assemble. My husband did it in 10 min with his zoopzoop. Not sure what dorm room another reviewer has been in, but this ain't fitting in any dorm room I lived in. Its decent size, my 5'10 husband can lay on it with our golden still able to fit at the end. The only thing we didn't like was the short couch legs. They are only 2.5 inches. Easy fix, we bought 8in ones off amazon...problem solved and I still love my couch. Especially for $470 plus shipping. My $1500 Ashley furniture couch isn't this comfortable or durable...just saying. ... show more

No one talks about how small this sofa is . It honestly is great for a couple who have a small apartment my husband said it was way to small his 6ft I’m 5ft an my feet hang off the longer sides , but I have a family of 5 an the sofa is very small i figured it would be a bit larger but nope . I tried to return it, but they were going to charge me to do so . The media could not be loaded. My husband and I bought 2 U shape Sectionals At 1 time. We are adopting 5 children and really thought. This would be the way to go for family. Time, movie night, and we were right. They're very sturdy, comfortable. Not just for my husband and I but the kids love them. The only drawback was the 6 boxes that arrived separately. But not too far apart, they are so heavy. I had to wait until my husband got home to get them in the house. I'm glad it did not rain the other drawback was. They sent the wrong hardware. Let me correct myself they sent. Only half of the right hardware and the rest was wrong. My husband had to go to Lowe's and purchase the rest of the hardware. That was the only drawback. It only took about an hour to assemble each one. I hope this review helps anyone looking to buy. I definitely would recommend. ... show more

I have had this couch over a year now, it’s just ok. It sits low, I would need to buy replacement legs to make it higher and the material it is made out of comes loose and becomes stringy where I had to cut it off.
