I ordered the eight-piece "Sleeper Sofa-2" for $1000 (was $1500 minus a $500 coupon). It arrived in eight boxes around two weeks later over three different days. This was easy to carry to the basement piece by piece by myself. As a whole, the sofa is very sturdy and substantial, but the individual pieces are easy to move around. Each piece is a essentially a sturdy storage box. The hinge is smooth and stays in place when the lid is open. As others have said here, the huge amount of storage is fantastic. There's not much to assemble. First, four plastic legs twist onto each piece. (Each tapered leg, by the way, is 2.25" tall and is a 3" wide square at the widest point on top. I would have appreciated if this info had been provided before I ordered, so I measured the legs in case someone else needs to know.) Second, each armrest/back attaches via four bolts, using the Allen wrench provided. Assembly took me a couple minutes per piece. The armrest and back pieces are interchangeable/identical, and the angle is easily adjustable. I see some other reviews left videos to show how they adjust. For the back support, the reclining angle is most comfortable to me and makes the sofa seem even larger. My experience with customer service was great. The adjustment mechanism on two of the back pieces wouldn't lock into place, so I messaged the company. They responded very quickly and issued replacements that arrived about four days later. Multiple configurations are easy. Each box can connect to another box by sliding on the included steel C bracket. The height works well for us. I'm 5'7" and my husband is 5'11". I see some reviews that say this sofa is a bit short, but you could always swap the 2.25" legs for taller legs. It's super comfortable, not too firm nor overly soft. The seat cushions arrive vacuumed sealed flat and but fully expand in a day or so. The seat cushions contain both foam and springs. Both the back and seat cushions have covers that unzip and are easy to remove to throw in the washing machine. The microfiber fabric is soft and much nicer than I'd expected. It looks and feels high-end. The fabric was one of my biggest worries about buying a sofa online, and I'm thrilled with it. It's a light neutral beige - almost off-white - with a faux woven pattern that hides our cats' fur well. Unlike the cushions, the upholstery on the armrests, backrests, and the base is not removable, but, as a microfiber fabric, it looks easy to spot clean. We've slept on it overnight, and it's extremely comfortable as a bed. Six pieces combined are about the same size as a queen size bed. For just the two of us, our total of eight pieces is huge and feels like such a luxury for a sectional sofa. Overall, I'm very impressed. I've been looking for a modular sectional for a couple years, and this one was an excellent price for the huge size. It ticks all my boxes for a sectional: very comfortable and supportive, perfect color/feel of fabric that is also cat-friendly, zippered and machine washable cushion covers, modular, has tons of storage, easy to move around and transport up/down stairs, and works as a guest bed. HIGHLY recommend!

We looked high and low for the "right" sectional, and it turns out this was a good choice. Good price, easy to put together. There is kind of an odd smell initially, must be from The fabric. But it's super comfy and versatile. The storage is awesome, too!

I absolutely love this couch but unfortunately (not even a year in), one of the backs broke from adjusting it. It’s the only downside but kind of a big one.

The couch arrived quickly. Easy to put together. Our only complaint is that a corner on one piece had damage. Luckily it is on the bottom and not easily visible. One cushion had a black mark but we were able to mostly get it removed.

Below are my thoughts about the couch: - Cushions are very comfortable - Storage capability is great - backs are low - great for me, we have low ceilings so backs that are too make the room feel smaller - the extensions on the back rest are very handy - the ability to adjust the layout is the biggest win For the price, this a great product.

I love the colors it's the perfect neutral beige that can match with greys and warm neutrals! There is so much extra storage space in each piece, plus it's extra sleep room for guests! It easily fits a queen or king mattress pad and sheet and guests were more than happy the next morning! Plus, you can configure it to wo many different styles, for whatever you may need! We even made a small chaise in our bedroom with the extra pieces that were too big for the living room! Great find and great buy for the money!

Was so nervous buying a couch off Amazon. People said I was crazy and the quality likely won’t be good. Well the couch is perfect. Can make it into a giant bed. My kids absolutely love it. So much storage on it. So many options for how to arrange. I looked forever over and over and so happy we got this awesome couch. Also it showed up in TWO days!!! It’s great. It’s cute. It’s comfy. This couch fit my living room and needs perfect. It’s an absolute steal for the amount they ask for it! The fabric is the perfect texture and the color matched my aesthetic perfectly. I didn’t know if I’d like the futton style arms/backs but they’re very sturdy and don’t move around once set in place. The storage ON ALL THE PIECES is beyond a game changer. The performance of this product is spot on. The cushions are not to firm but not too soft, I couldn’t be more excited about having this in my home, porch every penny and the set up process isn’t bad with two people and a power tool!
