These lamps look great in our bedroom, but would look great in any room. The assembly instructions were clear. Be sure to read AND look at the helpful pictures. My only struggle was inserting the cord from the base of the socket into the lamb. One was more tricky than the other. Also, for the nightlight, you need a small, slender 12 Ebase bulb to fit in a small opening at the base of the lamp. I love that it has 2 plugs for iPhone and android. Handy! I like that is has a built in night light with an easy switch at the base of the lamb. I like its design. The only thing that I didn't care for is, the shade comes folded in the box, and it doesn't completely flatten out when you insert the wire circles. See pic #3. It leaves a crease. I just turned the shade so you couldn't see it. I'm sure some clever person has a way to flatten it out. This is the reason for the 4 star rating. Other than that, it's wonderful. ... show more

I purchased these lamps for a rental property and they look very nice with the room. The night lights are very nice and added some led light to help keep cost low. The shade was easy to put together and looks good for what it is. I like the ability to charge your electronic devices with them. I was able to charge my iPad pretty fast with it.
