I managed to set it up in about two days. Also the customer service was great, one of the parts was missing and I called customer service and within a few days I received the missing part👍. It was a great DIY project that didn't cause me any major headaches. I highly recommend this gazebo to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space. It's a top - notch product, and I'm giving it a well - deserved 5 stars!

Hello, I am in love with this gazebo! Beautiful addition that will be appreciated for years to come! Great packaging, quick delivery and took about 10 hours to assemble with two people. Only complaint, one side of netting is missing zipper. So that is upsetting. I already reached out about limited of anchors and they are sending more and when I try to initiate chat about netting, cannot post a new message so will have to contact seller through customer service line.

You will need a minimum of three people for the assembly for the first part . Once you get the 4 legs and sides started it’s fine with two. It took us 2-3 days to assemble. I can’t stress enough how, when it says not to tighten bolts until the end , listen lol. We had to loosen and attach more pieces as we went along. Having loose bolts also allows movement when attaching roof panels . Netting is super easy to hang as well as the lights. Customer support was fantastic. We had a damaged part and they shipped the replacement with no hassle. I simply sent a photo to them and they have already shipped it out.

I recently purchased an awesome grill gazebo from Modern Shade. It was shipped in a timely manner, made of sturdy materials and has a great design. The steal roof will keep water from collecting on top and the venting above will be great when using my smoker. Customer service went above and beyond returning messages and follow up emails when I did contact them. I also felt it was a great value when comparing similar items. Looking forward to years of use.

I purchased the 6X8 model. Repeating other reviews, I found this product sturdy and well designed. Unfortunately, FedEx slightly damaged one of the shipping boxes leaving several holes about the size of fist. Big enough that one of the support bars fell out and got lost during shipment. On a Sunday afternoon, I contacted SkyTech Outdoor customer service for a replacement part. Within an hour, they responded to send a replacement. Yes - on a Sunday and I assumed a reply the next day. Customer service was outstanding. My only complaint is the assembly instructions are not completely clear. I ended up putting one of the support posts on the wrong side making it impossible to attach the side tables without tearing it all down and moving the posts to the correct position. Didn't realize this till it was almost completely assembled. Again, instructions should have been more clear.
