It came largely assembled that putting the rest together was very easy. The wide armrest came damaged, but I received the replacement a few days after I sent them a few pictures. They made sure they had my correct number to communicate, and were very responsive. I searched the internet for weeks looking for a sectional that would fit in a small area of my renovated basement. I looked at the measurements of this sectional many times. I routinely read the reviews. I purchased it in beige. It is absolutely beautiful. It provides great/versatile seating. I love the feel of the microfiber fabric. It is easy to spot clean with soap and water, if needed. It is very comfortable. It’s easy to pull out and store the bed extension. I love the headrest. I like that I can raise the headrest to multiple heights or just put them down. I was a little nervous about purchasing the furniture without seeing it or sitting on it in person but the videos and reviews really helped me with my decision to purchase it. I was looking for a sectional that would fit in the limited area of my basement and provides versatile seating with a bed option. I am so happy with my new sectional. I would recommend the company direct you to the location of the instructions or provide the leg and wheel installation instructions on all pieces. You should locate the instructions before attempting to attach the legs. The instructions will be attached to one of the three pieces of furniture. If you need to have this sectional delivered to any other location other than the first floor of your residence, such as a basement or up some stairs, contact the company to ask for the upgraded delivery option. I had to get a friend to help me get it to the backyard and down two stairs to my basement. This was not the company’s fault. I should have asked if this would be a problem. So far, I’m pretty satisfied with this couch. It turned out to be better than I expected for something I ordered sight unseen with only pic measurements and customer reviews. The reviews do help as long as they’re real. You have to be careful with these online furniture reviews. There was a competitor to this one that had 5 5star reviews and were all fake. Be careful. Look and Comfort, The seats are firm but not overly so yet comfortable. The measurements are true in that the seat length/depth is 21.5 -21.75” in length. For a person my height, ie 5’8”, the seat reaches the back of my knees which is good enough for me. Another inch would have been better. Taller people, ie 6 footers, may find the seat a bit short. Anything longer than 21.5“ would have been too big to get it up the stairs to my walk up attic and it was still a squeeze getting it up there. The back height with the unfolded upper back is tall enough for a comfortable seating position. With the upper back rest opened to a vertical position, the lower back portion creates a nice lumbar support. The material is surprisingly nice and true to the color in the pics. In blue, the fabric is textured and gives the impression of a faux nubuck leather look and has a grippy feel. The material is very soft and the double stitching adds character to the couch although I did see some poor stitching in some areas. The arm rests are interchangeable which is nice as well. Although one small criticism regarding the armrest, they could be a bit more padded. Some throw pillows may improve upon that if you want to rest with your head on the armrest. Stool Small but decently well padded. Not much to say about it. Good as a stool, foot rest, or small table. Assembly Tedious but not complicated. All you have to do is screw in the feet and the wheels for the pull out bed. That’s it. Pull out bed The bed is ready made and only needs to have the wheels attached and you’re ready to go. To get it up the stairs, I had to detach it from the couch to lessen the weight. It's not super easy to open, it takes a little effort to get it up into bed form once pulled out from the bottom but not overly complicated. Perhaps it's just an issue with my bed and not others. Overall, very nice sectional. The only concern I have is how the foam holds up over time. Worse case scenario is a foam that loses it bounce/rebound over time. As of right now, I don’t see any indication of that. Seems like a quality couch. Only time will tell. I’ll update if the cushion starts to sag. ... show more

I got the brown color at $799. The seller called and scheduled the delivery with me at my convenience. This sofa is so good for the price. Very firm and comfortable for my back. The pull out bed, 2 stools, adjustable headrests are such good add ons!! There’s storage space below the long side as well!! The color perfectly matches my wood themed hall. I’ve been sleeping on this sofa more often than on my bed! Overall very satisfied with the purchase. I accidently put in one of the head rests the wrong way and couldn’t remove, but contacted the seller and they helped me with instructions on how to remove it. Very responsive and I’m obsessed with my new sofa ;) the only way this sofa could be improved is probably with a charging station included. ... show more

Easy to put together as I did it myself. The lounge piece has storage which I currently have a couple of pillows (standard bed pillows) and throw blankets in there. Loving the storage as I live in a townhome with little storage space. The pull out is great for when everyone wants to veg in front of the TV. It’s comfortable, not pillowy and wouldn’t be a long term replacement for a bed, but comfortable and large enough for guests should you need to use it for guest sleeping. ... show more
