Edit: Review of the frame is still at 1 star but customer service has earned 5 stars. After talking to customer service they responded quickly and were willing to attempt to rectify the situation. They offered me the choice of sending replacement parts or a refund. While the head and footboard themselves are beautiful, my husband and i do not trust the quality of the parts actually holding the frame together after having them break in less than a month and did not want to be in this same position again in a few weeks so we opted for a refund. Original review: I decided to wait a bit to give the bedframe some use before leaving a review. At this point, i am not happy. It hasnt even been a full month since ive had it and the middle support bar is bent and both middle support legs are bent which has thrown the balance of the bed completely off. My husbamd and I were avle to fix the middle suppport leg by the head of the bed only for it to bend out again and bend the bolt along with it. The support leg at the end of the bed isnt able to be fixed.The total combined weight on this bed everynight is only 250 lbs and theres been no "hanky panky" on it as of yet and at this point we dont trust it for there ever to be. The set up was pretty straight forward. And we were excited to get it as our other bed frame (also from amazon) had broken and wed been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for months while saving up almost $300 for a new frame only to have this one break in a few weeks. Probably going to avoid buying bed frames on amazon from here on out.

It comes in a box that is about five feet long and 12-14" on each side. The pieces are packed incredibly well with a minimum amount of foam boards for protection and to fill gaps inside the box. It took probably two hours to assemble by myself. An electric screwdriver is very helpful during assembly. Everything lined up very well. The slats under the mattress are combined with velcro strips so you just roll them into place. It all bolted up nice and tight and ended up looking just like the pictures. One thing I did not notice in the pictures is that the side rails are two separate pieces on each side, so that you see a seam about 20 inches from the headboard. The bed is very quiet with no squeaking or creaking as you move around. After a week I moved it away from the wall and went over every bolt I could reach. Almost all of them needed tightening. I did not have to do any makeship repairs to get anything to line up or screw together. A very good purchase.

There was a mistake in the listing which I did not realize until I had fully assembled the bed. Being that I did not want to disassemble the whole bed and try to send it back, I reached out to Keyluv who promptly responded and satisfactorily resolved the issue. Kind of nerve racking buying an item like this without seeing it, but rest assured that you’re buying from a company that actually cares about customer satisfaction!! (Getting rare these days) all in all it is actually a very nice bed, and I think it is well worth the money, just keep in king that the headboard is 35” tall not 40” My recommendation is buy Keyluv for piece of mind, and if you like the style in the pictures you’ll love the bed and the company. I don’t normally leave reviews unless they’re very impressive or disappointing, so this is a rarity getting 5 stars from me and I was not paid for review. Also everything actually fits together! No need to modify poorly drilled holes or anything

I bought this months ago and let me first say that I am absolutely disappointed in the quality in this bed frame. I have never had a problem with bed frames in the until this one. Not only was it complicated to assemble, but the align was off and my partner and I have had chronic back and neck pain due to that and alignment of the headboard. I have re-assembled this frame 3 separate time with help as I thought maybe I missed a step or assembled it improperly but that wasn’t the case. It was the frame and quality itself. I wish I had tried to return earlier but I wanted to make it work, however after trying to make it work for month and suffering through horrible back and neck pain— I will be getting a new frame and throwing this away. Do yourself a favor and do not buy it. I thought I would be getting decent frame for a decent price but I was VERY wrong. I DO NOT recommend buying.

This bed is a little too short. It’s beautiful but I need a bigger bed later on. The headboard has a big gap so my pillow falls behind the bed constantly also. If my mattress was taller that would help. I put together by myself and was pretty easy to assemble. If you need a smaller bed this one is perfect.
