    • Instructions need some help.

First off the light is very nice once hanging and complete install is done. I’m somewhat capable of the DIY stuff. One thing I try to do is read the instructions and be sure all the parts are there. All the parts were there and then some. The instructions were terrible. There is a cable that is what the light suspends from…there is no mention of the cable anywhere. Much less the fact that once you place the cable into the proper orifice there is no way to remove it. Once you set the cable it locks into position. I proceeded to insert the cable to try to figure what it was going to hold it in place. Luckily I only inserted it partially to find how it would lock. There is a clip that was never mentioned but I realized it was to gather the electric cord and the mounting cable. Unfortunately for me I was looking at several lamps for my project and most were dimmable fixtures. Not this one though. Now I guess I buy new bulbs. Lamp is very smart looking. ... show more
