Comfortable, easy to assemble, shipped quickly, and the seller will resolve any issue if you need to reach out with a concern. Can’t ask for anything more these days when it comes to products AND customer service, the chairs are beautiful and they clean/maintain easily with a wet paper towel or Clorox wipe. The media could not be loaded. Good for the price. The quality could be better. Had them for a year now and the color of the legs have turned a little and the legs wiggle when you sit in the chair. You have to tighten legs and wipe them periodically to keep them looking decent.
