We hired someone to put it up because our ceilings are so high. When they left my husband and I began to put the crystals on. They were very easy to assemble and it went very quick. Don't forget to start from the bottom, with the crystals and work your way up. We wanted ours to hang down lower, so we bought extra wire and extra chain and it turned out perfectly. Very attractive lighting. I'm only using 3 (takes 6 @60 watts each) 40 watt clear LED bulbs and the light reflects all over the walls and the ceiling. The crystals do a great job. What's really nice is we hung it very high on a stair well, and when you look up, it's all crystals! there are no 'ugly' spots. Tricky to install all the crystals, you have to put it on a stand or tripod, it gets heavy the more crystals you add. You could lay it down on a bed, I'm sure that would work also. Overall a terrific buy at a solid price. Quality construction, and they even sent us 5 extra crystals in case of an accident. (sent us gloves too so you don't finger print the crystals.) ... show more

The light turned out very pretty. I think it’s pretty easy to install if you know what to expect. For example each crystal needs to be hung individually which I totally expected so I had no problem with that. Some of the crystals were not exactly the same length. I even chose this item because it was a higher price point and had more reviews than two other ones I saw that appeared to be the same. So I was a little surprised it still had some quality control issues but once you hang them up and are looking from ground level you can no longer tell. It wasn’t just me that noticed this issue but two other people who were helping me hang crystal noticed it first. ... show more

This chandelier looks pricey but is so affordable, and well made. The crystals are of great quality, and have some weight to them. Extra crystals are provided as well.
