The couch comes in four packages, none of which are super heavy which is nice if you have to get it up stairs like us. Putting it together is pretty easy and straight forward, definitely easier with three people. The instructions are all pictures but do the job. The pull out (.when close up,} the bottom of the of the cusion and the top of pull does fit together approximately One inch gap doesn’t make a perfect couch. Return is not possible. No way to return it. My handy man thinks he can repair it. I am requesting a rebate on this couch of $200. Thank You
