It's is delivered folded into a cube. We've had this rug in a room that hardly gets used. It's been three months now and the lines from being folded are still present. It's incredibly soft. We haven't had to clean or vacuum it yet, so we don't know what that's like

Not much to say other than this is very beautiful rug. I wasn’t sure of the size and I was gonna go bigger but the size I got was perfect for my bedroom! Very soft to touch. Seems easy to clean! Highly recommend!

So, just like everyone else said the rug is folded not rolled. Rather ridiculous to ship that way. I was sure I could get the creases out, but can't. I love the feel and pattern of the rug. But dissatisfied with the permanent creases! There are many!!
