This firepit is exactly what we were looking for. Looks and works as described. No surprises. Delivery time was less than a week. Excellent sturdy packaging. No real assembly required, more installation. I purchased the propane model as a gas line hookup would have been pretty costly. Got a 30# propane tank. Hose from tank to burner is 7’ so that was enough to put the tank out of site behind the couch. Flame and heat output on high is pretty strong, we like it at @ 50%. I put 1” casters on the bottom so I could move it around for storage in the winter.

It’s beautiful but nowhere in the photos or description does it show or list the black, unsightly propane gas hose. It’s so short and thick ( only 4ft Long) that you have to have the tank right next to it and the hose is such an eye sore for a beautiful fire pit it cheapens the hole look. I am now buying a 12ft extension hose with regulator. The accessories listed are nearly impossible to find or buy. I spent so much time researching just the stainless lid and finally found one on a different site 3 months backordered. They don’t make it easy. Purchased in a rush during COVID but would def buy one with the tank hidden inside, next time.

Waited a long time for this. Placed the order and they said it shipped. Billed my credit card and then it was out of stock. They offered a refund but I chose to wait. It was well worth waiting for. Great quality, packed well, looks good.

The sides of the fireplace stay cool to touch while the fire is healthy and puts off good heat. Installation was very easy (for my husband and son) and the natural gas connection housing looks to be of good quality. The fireplace isn't as heavy as i though it would be but even so, it won't blow over in the wind or anything like that. Cover is just a piece of fabric so not very protective.
