I called to get product support and they said it has not been registered as being delivered and they cannot help me until they get the notification that it has been delivered. It has been delivered to me I have plugged it in and it operates from the front panel. It was great while it worked; however, this past January - it stopped heating so we pulled it out to inspect and try a different outlet and when we did, it sparked and nearly caught fire. The only reason I am posting this review is because I'm unable to report it to the manufacturer. Perhaps with this review, they'll do it an investigation into why the sort of thing would happen.
