Not really sure how much it weighs but the batteries are only about 5 pounds. It is light and easy to lift into the trunk. I weigh 175 pounds and the cart goes up to 5 miles per hour. It is a tiny bit slow on the start. It also climbs hills easily (better than 20 degrees. It is easy to control and will climb over a 2 inch curb easily. MAIN DISLIKE is the turning radius. It works well at the flea market and most stores but if at home and turning into a room from the hall, you will need to reverse at least once. I believe the odometer is actually a trip-odometer. It resets if you turn the scooter off. It was easy to assemble. I would recommend it

Not very good product. Came out of box put it together an the fuse blew. Nothing worked replaced the fuse and display doesn't work now scooter won't move battery is fully charged. Not happy with product at all. I ordered this because im not mobile right now. I broke both my ankles an shattered both my heels. I am handicapped and unable to work on it myself, and they refuse to give me a refund, they wanted to send me parts for me to fix myself when im unable to. Do not purchase from them!

Have not had the chance to use for a long period. I don't need it for shopping but got it for vacation trips where there's a whole lot of walking. So I've only just tried it out but seems to work great.

1st advertised with rang of 35 mile yet manual says 15 I paid more as I need the long range o they lied 2nd I trie finding a replacement battery to have on hand but none are easy plug closed units a o the GOKEEP scooter How am I to get a battery??? The least they should do is refund at least 100.00 that I spnt extra for long range or send me another battery like the one on the scooter. I need to know where to purchase the battery also. Its a sealed unit so they need to supply Please help

I have this scooter and love it. It has made my life at older stage, I'm 71, easier! I use it to do long shopping excursions with friends, at grand kids outdoor sports activities and to scoot all around at my state fair. It is light enough for me to lift to put in back of SUV, but usually have friends that help me. Turning radius is fine for what I do with it and you can always back up and try again; like when going up/down accessible ramps at stadiums. It has made it easier to get out and about when a lot of walking is involved. It handles going up/down slight inclines while on it; it is not too hard to get off and "walk" it by using forward lever to go up larger inclines when needed. It can be pushed when needed. This is not one of those big scooters with big seats and I use a pillow to sit on when I know I'll be on it a lot. I have and plan to take care of it, keep battery in the house and follow lithium battery care. For me, it is a great value.
