I was not able to use the the product because it would not charge, the charging point in the battery would not charge be ca use the middle Port was missing. And then trying to return it is impossible because the app would not let me through to finish the return. Tried several times but it failed every time so I'm not sure what to do, paid $61.00 for the unit and that is just too much to just throw away. Not working with tmobile. Doesn't specify what networks do work. I thought it would being generic. Supports some bands that align with tmobile but apparently not the right ones or something beyond my knowledge. Always check if they specify for your carrier otherwise you're likely wasting your time. Maybe it does work well with whatever carriers that it can connect with. ... show more

Hopefully this helps you all. But once you remove the battery, there is a yellow or gold clear tape attached to the connection port of the battery. Product works perfectly.
