Item was competitively priced, and arrived as described and on time. The inner box (product package) was heavily damaged in shipping, although the item, being a heavy-duty spin-on oil filter, was not damaged. My only suggestion would be to include some kind of packing material in the shipping box, even wadded paper, to protect the product, as a less durable item would not have survived.
