I'm having a difficult time contacting the company, I'm trying to find out if it's the little speaker on the camera that makes playing back recorded videos sound terrible, or if it's the microphone itself. I can't really tell a difference playing back videos with the microphone plugged in or not plugged in. The company that makes all these amazon cameras is Chinese, so good luck trying to talk to them. Tried talking to amazon to figure out if it's the microphone itself or what but they just say we'll refund you. I don't want a refund I want a camera that has good audio, and maybe this one does have good audio, but I don't know. Guess I'll upload a video to my computer and see if it sounds different through better speakers. ... show more

This reminds me of old flip phone cameras. Quality is junk. Batter life is crap. The buttons didn’t work on the first one I received. Got a replacement and wished I hadn’t even wasted my time.
