Zero instructions in the box for assembly, but I figured it out. It’s well built and works great.

Everything about it is heavy duty. Rubber tires, thick steel gauge, Robust chain and cylinder to provide the lifting. Large welds have sufficient strength. I was curious when i ordered how heavy duty it was and it is *not* light weight, it's all build for the weight capacity for sure. I was wondering if the small caster legs (which extend out front ) would be weak but they are very stout and mount to the main unit with a heavy solid steel pin (so the legs can fold up) into 1/4 inch thick steel mounts, this is much better than that joint being welded as i see in someunits. So how this works is it's a tall hydraulic cylinder, that's mounted to a foot lever. Pump the lever raises the jack, thus raises the platform connected by heavy duty chains. It easily moves items onto my garage lift or the back of my pickup. It takes a few foot pumps for sure, but is quite easy and doesn't take too long. This is a heavy package so be prepared. No instructions in mine (maybe that was due to amazon's box being damaged and resealed) but was pretty straight forward to assemble simply looking at the pictures, just some bolts and nuts for wheels, and a cotter pin and pin for the foot pump attachment and hydraulic release foot lever. Everything is done standing up. I've been using it to move my generators and heavy items to a garage loft lift and to load and unload heavy items from the back of my truck, and i started making some small diy pallets to put attachments for my excavator and bobcat on. Buckets and concrete breakers weigh a lot and i can move them easily with this without using equipment to move them. Feels large but fits thru standard doors. I have some MMS excavator attachments i've moved this with to put them on my heavy duty garage shelves I built instead of the floor. Use the forks or put the steel shelf over them to move packages. I have a lot of equipment and a few MMS attachments for a mini excavator and they've all been excellent wallet friendly attachments and great value. Customer service is prompt and outstanding. Mine arrived missing a part (probably due to package damage either on the amazon truck or warehouse) , they were great, communication was clear and they promptly shipped out the parts. At first I was a bit skeptical if i would find a use for this, but if you have a truck, and deal with heavy deliveries a hand truck can't handle you will love it, there's not too much this couldn't handle. i'm trying to save what back i have left so rely more on equipment now.

This thing is amazing. It helps moving heavy boxes but was a tremendous help when we cleaned out my husband's huge shop and rearranged all the heavy welding and other machinery. Its easy to assemble. Good design. Functions well. Sturdy snd durable. Great piece of equipment to have.
