    • Please leave off the shrink wrap! What a hassle!

This cart is fine; it’s pretty good quality but the shrink wrap on every shelf. OMG, it took us over an hour to remove it. This has got to go. Simple wrap the shelves in paper or bubble wrap to keep from scratching or use a product that is easy to remove. A discount should be given for making the buyer spend all of this time in removal! Casters fell apart. I contacted the seller to try and buy 4 replacement casters. They don’t sell them separately. I was told they would send replacements and haven’t heard a word for months.
