Honestly; how did out ancestors bake without these? I still use parchment paper for fish or garlic bread so I can throw it away afterward, but for almost everything else, these silicone sheets are perfect.

If you love making cookies but hate cutting parchment or scrubbing the daggum pan because a lone chocolate chip decided it was going to look for greener pastures before being burnt to a crisp, buy these. I bought these to replace another set of similar baking mats that I have had for quite a few years. It's nothing to bake a batch of cookies or roast chicken and veggies in the oven on one of these mats. Silpat is still the gold standard, but let's be honest- I'm too cheap to spend full price for one mat when you can get two that are just as good for a lesser price.
