  • These are NOT German, they are made in China! Buyer beware!!!
Color: Classic
These are very deceiving. In the description it gives you the idea these are made in Germany THEY ARE NOT!!! They are made in CHINA! Cheap and burned the first time I used them!

waste of money. They are the worst silicone mats I have ever purchased. EVERYTHING sticks to them. One mat even fell apart in a 450 degree oven on the first use. I have purchased several brands of mats over the years. Some were better than others, but these are the worst. I was too lazy to return them - just threw them away. ... show more

Love, love these silicon baking mats. I ordered one set and then another. They are the best mats I have come across. I am actually using one set in my refrigerator to keep it nice and clean and they look so pretty on the glass. The fact that they are nice and thick they do not slip and I don’t have to keep cleaning my glass every time something falls. I just wipe the mats and that’s it. I Use the second one for freezing my fruits like strawberries, geeen apples, bananas and berries. The strawberries and berries get too expensive after sometime so I buy the fresh ones in bulk and freeze them on top of the mats in the freezer. When they are done I put them in the zip locks and just write the date o them. These mats can be used in good few ways. ... show more

  • Poor quality
Color: 2 Pack
These mats made the cookies spread and burnt the bottoms. We baked test cookies from the same batch of cookie dough using parchment paper and an original silpat (made in France) I bought at Sur La Table. Both batches came out just fine. These sheets are not of good quality, I would not recommend this product! ... show more

  • Very Useful and Economical
Color: 2 Pack
I do quite a bit of baking and have gone through a lot of parchment paper over the years. So far, these baking mats appear to be well-made and seem to work with a wide variety of recipes including some very sticky cookie and bread doughs. I clean them after each use with hot water and detergent, dry them by rolling them in a towel and then rolling them up into a piece of parchment paper before placing them in a kitchen drawer. With very, very sticky doughs, some surface marks/residue could be seen after baking. If that happens, one way to clean them would be to place them in a tray, sprinkle the surface with baking soda and add a little lemon juice and a few drops of detergent. Let them sit in that mixture for about ten minutes or so; then rub the surfaces with a non-abrasive pad and they should clean up fine. I chose not to use them with fish, etc., simply to avoid possible residual odors (I still use parchment paper for that purpose). Very useful and a good value. ... show more

  • Truly non-stick, finally! Still great after 1-month use 👍
Color: 2 Pack
I first tried using parchment paper that I bought from a local convenience store to bake, but my food stuck on horribly to it. I was really disappointed. I figured I could try getting a baking mat because I’ve seen videos of food magically coming off without any trouble. Silpat was recommended from the YouTuber I was watching, but the reviews on Amazon for the product are horrible. The Amazon brand mats are very affordable, but I didn’t want to run the risk of burnt mats because of poor quality. So after doing a lot of research on Amazon for a good quality baking mat, I took a chance on this. My baked foods came off with absolute ease. I was very impressed and pleased! These baking mats are true to their word. I actually found baking mats from a brand called Mrs. Anderson’s in a local grocery store, however they were priced at $15 for one mat which I found pricey compared to what I saw online. I compared the thickness of these German mats to Mrs. Anderson’s (touch/feel-wise) and I’m happy to say they feel just as thick and of high quality. I’ve been using these MMat mats for a month now and they look the same as they did when I first got them. No signs of deformation, discoloration, or burning and I’ve been using them almost everyday at 350 degrees in the oven for around 10-15 mins. Give them a try! 💕 Pros: -thick and durable (just as thick as a $15 single mat) -no signs of deformation, discoloration, or burning after 1 month use -truly non-stick (unlike parchment paper 👎) -easy enough to wash with dish soap -fits my baking tray perfectly Cons: -prone to oil/grease ... show more

  • Worth the price!
Color: 2 Pack
Recently, I’ve noticed that many recipes are calling for the use of high oven temps - 400 to 450 - to roast vegetables and meats. I worried about using parchment paper to line pans and decided to try silicone mats. My first use involved roasting thin slices of eggplant at 450 degrees - the mats worked beautifully. To clean, I soaked them in very hot water and dish detergent. Sponging off the brown spots was all that was needed to get them clean. They’re also dishwasher safe. I’m really happy I spent a few more dollars to purchase the Mmmat silicone mats. Although I have nothing for comparison, I have the feeling that these mats will hold up well. ... show more

  • How did I ever cook without these?
Color: Classic
Seriously, these things are irreplaceable for baking anything that sticks to a pan, such as cookies, or even meat or roasting veggies. I have a gas oven and if I don't cut parchment paper just right, it catches on fire on the edges. I had to cut these to fit my pans, but it didn't harm them, and I just love them. I don't know if it's normal, but they do tend to get slimy during cleaning at times, but with soap seem to be fine. Have used them many many times. ... show more
