Pros: 1. I purchased this set to replace my IKEA NYHAMN sofa bed as that NYHAMN was at least 1/3 bigger and took 1/3 of my living room. 2. Price-wisely, half or 1/3 price of the similar stuff sold at IKEA, which is really renter friendly. 3. Cheesy price. 4. Super friendly seller communication. Cons: 1. Assembly is time consuming and headache: I am quite good on putting furniture together, normally I can put things together without looking thru instructions, but this sofa was very difficult to start with even with the useless instruction booklet. The booklet didn’t tell you why and how and the pieces should be put together, nonetheless they were properly marked. I have to guess what is used on what and why, and the order of putting things together, so I finally decided to ask for help. When I reached the seller for the help and they did provide me the information and assembly video from their end and even reached out the factory to help me out. Luckily, I finally put this together. Overall: The reason why I wrote this comment was because the seller was super friendly when helping me out putting this together and they asked me if I could write down some comments on the experience. TBH, the product meets my most expectations, but it was 4/5 for me. I ranked 5/5 for the service they provided. Recommendation to the seller: 1. Please put a hand-in-hand video of putting the pieces together if your selling different alternative structures. 2. Marking all the furniture pieces. Tips: When assembling the 3-seats sofa, try to put your major metal frames together in prior of adding the kicker board in the front of the structure as the wood and pushy will get on your way on pushing the metal together. ... show more

For starters, I have never written a bad review. I never saw the reviews before purchasing this couch and I do have to say it’s not worth it at all. The materials did not come labeled, which made building it extremely hard, there were 8 screws missing and we couldn’t build part of the couch. Thankfully we went to home depot and just bought 8 screws that had a similar measurement and we were able to finish. Once it was done, it was the most uncomfortable couch I have ever been on. Pros: Decent cushions Light weight Pockets Cheap Cons: The length and width of this couch is uncomfortably small, wouldn't plan on buying this as a bed like I did. The legs were a pain to put on and off the bat are lose after fully tightening them making it very fragile for more than one person to sit on. The front panels which are for aesthetics only didn't have matching holes. I've measure the the distance between the holes and the 2 panels and it's off by 3 inches making it impossible to put together unless you can make your own holes. -if you plan to keep items underneath the couch like me you won't be bothered by this but I know some people would be upset Takes about 3-6 hours to put together The back is also a bit fragile, I recommend putting this couch up to a wall, the back is supported from the 2 arm rests by a metal slide that's screwed in the arm rests. These slides being the backs only support makes it move a lot and any heavy pressure would snap the back panel off the wooden armrests. Overall: great couch for gaming and storage, recommend to college student who has limited space but would recommend an actual bed or a different couch when it comes to sleeping arrangements. Additional comment. I added two sofa board, one on the bottom and one across the back. This has helped make it so much more comfortable! The box was delivered damaged but the only thing missing was one screw. Part of the frame was bent but was able to hammer back in place. Took about a week to get the missing screw and complete assembly, but costumer service was very responsive and helpful. Also have $50 credit for the damage and delays of getting missing screw and replacement mallet. it’s a nice small sofa, but not extremely comfortable. However for the money it is sturdy and looks decent. ... show more

This sofa is not as sturdy built as it looks in the photo. Assembly is hard, holes didn’t line up with screws, directions were just photos and skipped some steps. Cushions are flat and not very soft. The media could not be loaded. Ok so first off the couch came on time and only in one box. The color is beautiful and it looks good in my living room. However, the instructions was not clear and direct. It was all over the place and some pictures didn’t match the accessory. It is missing the screw covers for inside the ottoman. It wasn’t that difficult to figure it out, it took about 4 hours. I am waiting for the pillows to fluff up more, but it’s still functional and comfortable to sit on. For the price, it looks amazing. And well formed. I also thought it was cool to include the foot protector stickers so I don’t scratch and scuff my floor so I found some extra hanging around and added it to the middle support. So far, I’m happy with my purchase. I hope the effort I put into being careful keeps this couch reliable and durable for me and my guests. Side note of encouragement: I like the function of the interlocking frame. I think the invention was thought through for a stronger foundation than just traditional screws. The trick for me was to not hit the joint directly, but hit a few inches away. When you hit directly on the joint, it causes the other side to lift up which causes the imbalance. I eyeballed it to make sure it was locked deep enough on all four corners to not easily come apart. ... show more
