The media could not be loaded. I purchased this pullout couch for 800 within two month the cushions sunk and ripped. Messaged the seller to fix the problem. They said I could return it and they expected that I drop off at UPS and pay to package and send back. That wasn’t an option for me as I had already spent so much money on the couch. I asked for new cushions and have now been waiting ten months for new cushions. Today, my toddler was laying down on the couch when it fell apart and she fell off the side of the couch. I will be having to throw this couch away and it hasn’t even been a year. To the seller: please cancel the cushions as your couch is in the trash. Do not purchase!!! ... show more
