This product is probably one of the best blowout serums I have used so far. The consistency is sort of like a syrup and is somewhat thick. But it applies well to damp hair. The nozzle I didn't really like to use because it didn't give me enough with each push. So I just unscrew the top and pour a small amount in my hands and rub it into ONE of the four sections of my hair. The price can get expensive if you are buying more than just one or two, but one bottle can last you a couple months to a year, depending on how often you use heat This product does have heat protectant qualities, but I also apply CHI 44 Guard Heat Protectant just for the extra safety. ... show more

    • upgrade your bottles!! 2nd defective pump!!
Product works as advertised by this is second bottle I have ordered with defective pump. I struggle through to avoid a return hassle but - won't do that for the next- if there is a next. Shame.
