It comes with Ice packs that can be filled up for so keeping your food or beverages cold so you don't have to buy and it fits 50 to 52L sized rectangular bowls easily. The material seems to be good quality, no zipper issues, and the pockets are well located. It can be held in hand or across the body as a strap is provided for that also. I bought the MIYCOO Lunch Bag & Lunch Box (Double Deck) as a gift for a young man in our family who works outside of his home, and it’s been an absolute hit. He’s able to pack enough food and drinks to last him a full nine-hour workday, which is no small feat! The double-deck design is super spacious and well-organized—he fits all his meals, snacks, drinks, and even two or three of those skinny little ice packs to keep everything cool throughout the day. The compartments make it easy to separate hot and cold items, or keep dry food away from anything that might need chilling. The quality is excellent—sturdy zippers, strong handles, and the insulation holds up well, keeping everything fresh and at the right temperature. It’s also easy to clean, which is a big plus for something used daily. The media could not be loaded. Having this lunch box has shown me how rubbish my prior lunch boxes have been. This bag seems small from the outside but because it has so any pockets, it easily comparmentalizes all of your foods. As someone who travels often for work this bag not only helps saves my wallet from eating out but also my waist line. I love the outside mini pocket because i can easily store necessities like utensils/sanitizer. The build quality is great as it’s flexible the bag can be folded down if not filled. The internal material is solid so that if there is a spill, it will not soak into the bag making for easy cleaning. My foods temperature is consistent on how I packed so i can avoid sickness. I dont use te shoulder strap because that’s how i hold my purses but i like that it’s there as an option. A couple of downsides noticed, i wish instead of 2 mesh pockets, one side should’ve been replaced with an actual cup holder slot. The net is not secure to hold a cup. My biggest complaint is that this bag does not have a slot that you can slide onto the handle bars of an roller board bag for easy travel. ... show more

My lunch stays cold all day and I can fit three kroger water bottles at the bottom of my bag to act as bigger "ice packs" for my lunch. And it's thick on the inside so it holds condensation well. Top storage is really helpful. I haven't used the extra zipper to expand in size because the bag is just that bag! The bottom gets really cold and may feel like the bag is leaking but it's not. The mesh pockets on the side does great with holding pens and some paper (if folded) and a regular bottle of water without falling out. The front zippers is basically Chef's kiss for more space to store you miscellaneous items. 10/10 quality so far! Honorable mention, the price is reasonable for everything you're getting. I love the color on the bag. It's vibrant and noticeable. Not to mention the size helps you remember to grab it every day lol I'm definitely buying another one soon! ... show more
