I would not suggest to put this area rug in any wet area like bathroom or kitchen, rather keep it in a bedroom, office or living room area. It is very thick but not loose carpet pieces. Smooth and plush to the touch. The color is pure white as advertised.

This review is a bit more difficult to write since this rug basically met all my expectations in terms of price and quality and other aspects. What more can I say? But if you're looking for more details, here are a few. Quality -- This is not just a cheap rug one might buy at a chain store; it has some heft and weight to it that makes it well suited for a bathroom or a laundry room. Definitely a quality rug. Price -- Related to "quality," the price is affordable and reasonable, and I might suggest a little on the "bargain" side of things. It's a fun, quality rug that gives its money's worth. Design -- It's a colorful, fun rug, and perhaps a bit difficult to match to existing bathroom decor. It seems like the supplied photos were accurate, and for us the decor was not much of an issue since we're using ours by the laundry room washtub. I could see this in a kid's bathroom or something like that. In short, a good rug at a good price. Should last us a while!

Bathroom Rug Mat,Shag Carpet with Rubber Backing Non Slip,Water Absorbent Bath Rug We bought this for our large dog. He suffers from mast cell tumors (cancer) where he's constantly itching & sometimes releases bodily fluids from the tumors. We bought this for his favorite place to lie to protect our carpet. This rug was thicker than expected which made it more plush & added to the snuggle & comfort factor. And it's long enough for our 110 lb dog. Make sure you check the measurements & your space bc it's quite long. Our dog loves it! I liked that it's machine washable as stiffer carpets are not which is a problem for dog use. One CON: this carpet initially shed. It seems to have subsided after a couple of weeks, even before its first washing. Usually, that type of shedding on rugs will continue, but since I haven't seen more, I'm sticking with the 5 stars. If I see more shedding or if it doesn't fare well in the wash, I'll update this review.

I ordered the “modern” rug (pretty blush pink color 🌸) thinking I would use it in my bedroom. ✔️ It’s very well made (looks just like the pictures 📸) ✔️ thick & soft shag (no issues with the carpet coming loose or shedding) However, it definitely looks more like a bathroom rug than a living-space rug (I also have carpeted floors, so perhaps it would work/look better on a non-carpeted living area). If you intend to use in a bathing/wet area, you will surely love it.

It's just so soft! I love that. And I love the size (it's sitting on top of a cheap IKEA bathmat). I also love how all the greens go great with the rest of the bathroom and even tie it together with my vintage tile. SUPER pleased with this item. No smell and flattened out in less than a day.

The main thing this white mat has going for it, is also the main thing it has going against it - mainly how ultra white it is, so it looks stunning but gets dirty immediately. It is lightweight and washable, and will instantly be cleaner. It's slightly shorter than a proper shag rag, but really soft and pleasant to step on. Doesn't scream "bathroom rug" to me, I have mine in my office, but this would look great in a bedroom as well.
