Definitely false advertising. The back cushions are flimsy and uncomfortable, they’re filled with a mixture of foam chunks and polyfil, not enough of it in my opinion. I tried to fluff them up a bit, but it didn’t really help. I ordered dark grey and received a medium grayish blue. I already went through the hassle of assembling it and literally stabbing holes into the fabric because they forgot to put holes where the screws needed to go, so I wont be returning it, but now I have to go through the trouble of finding different cushion inserts/better filling for the back cushions in order for it to be comfortable. It works for the time being, but I will likely end up having to get a new couch in a year or so. You can definitely find better options elsewhere on amazon, I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews before buying. Also, find a product that offers free shipping, I payed an additional $100 to get it shipped to my apartment just to be high key disappointed. I get it, it’s a cheap couch, but at least be honest with what your customer will be receiving- the color sent me😬. The only thing i'm happy with is the size of the couch. UPDATE !!! This couch sucks, I weigh around 170 pounds and the wood frame broke after only a month and a half of having this couch are you kidding me? I bet the wholesale value of this couch is like $50 because this is legitimately the worst quality couch ive ever owned. Please dont buy this🙃 ... show more

I ordered the dark grey couch it’s not as dark as I wanted or expected but it’s still very cute. I am super happy about the quality. This couch is perfect if your just wanting something simple and small. I find this perfect for my apartment style living. I love the ottoman feature as well as being able to move it around to the L shape. I ordered dark grey and it arrived blue, was alot smaller then expected. It is convenient in you can change the cushions around to make a foot rest or extend the couch portion. It is the right size sofa if you would like your pets to have there own space to lay on. I would recommend for pets or children decore, not for your living room to entertain. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Just received this today 5/11/2023 , and the gold pole (piece #4 ) doesn’t even fit inside the holes in parts 5&6 !! How in the world do I supposed to get this piece inside these two holes when it doesn’t fit into the hole ?? .. .. I’m highly upset .. This should be a easy installation process and step #1 can’t even be completed because the (gold pole piece which is piece #4 ) doesn’t even fit inside the holes of parts 5&6 .!! This is the very first step of the installation process and it’s upsetting that I can’t even get past step 1 because the pole doesn’t fit easily into the holes !! .. Do I suppose to hammer it in to get it to slide inside the holes ? My rating is definitely a 1 until this is resolved !! The instructions given to customers are only pictures, so it’s already hard enough to put together this couch without words attached to the instructions, but now on top of that I can’t get past the first step because the pieces don’t fit !! ... show more
