Sylvanne will not help you with any issues.
Do not purchase anything from Sylvanne, their customer service is terrible. I have tried and tried to get them to work with me on these units I bought. I was under the impression that they came with everything to install as the units I have purchased in the past have. They say these do not. I said ok then I need an installation kit how much can you get me one for. They have yet to try and help me get an installation kit. It has been almost 4 weeks. I need to get these installed for my customer. All their customer service computer people say is go on their site and purchase all the stuff individually. This will run another $500 for each unit. I already have $2400 in each unit. Finally I get a response from the Customer Service Manager asking for my phone # to talk with me. I give it and it has been four days with no response. I have left a message every day trying to get him to call. Do not I repeat Do not buy from them. If you have issues they will not be there to assist you or help you. ... show more
