DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE... it is made to purposefully brake down after you get a flat tire ie flat should be an easy fix but its not on this bike. Traps you into causing further damage then spending hundreds on repair and even if you fully repair still can end up not working at all... the tire sits on the rear tire mout in a way so that when its removed it nearly impossible to position back to original placement. Bike is very heavy and is not practical for riding without motor assistance... original battery should be larger and have more ah for longer sustained trips... the pedal assist dose very little to assist the battery causing battery to burn out faster... the seat is definitely not ment for anyone taller than 5'9 and is very uncomfortable... the tubes that come with are very chensey along with the tire it self. My flat was literally caused by a wood chip overall very disappointed with this e bike and im going to be spending around 800 dollars replacing every part of the bike other than the frame witch also sucks because the strange seet design does not fit any type of replacement seat and I have to completely rig a new seat on using glue and zip ties. The picture is included is a picture of the wood chip that totaled my intire bike... I could snap it in half with my index finger and my thumb. ... show more

The advertised speed is 32, i only got up to 21-26 i throttle mode, both front and back break pads are touching the break disk even though im not touching the break levers. you have the check the bolts of this ebike because some of them are lose and you have to tighten them up out of the back, the tools that came with the bike are cheap, they strip easily so use after market tools. For some reason the company doesn't want to give out their email, they told me to refer to the instruction booklet witch i lost, (lol don't make any sense.) The assembly was easy. it is a solid bike for riding its stable and it looks good, kinda looks like a moped. I have rode it around just not 100 miles, I will update my review when I put it to the 100 mile test. ... show more

I just love it!! I'm a 62 years old woman who is going to rock on this beauty.. Advice to the women out there who think it's going to be easy to put that front tire on, with out any help. Welp it's tough and you can do it.. But with one other person would definitely make it go faster. 🙋♀️

Bike came with scratches on the back by the tail light, stripped petal and arm shaft for the petal was also stripped, bike didn’t last but 20miles till the battery died and the tires went flat, had to walk 3+ hours back home

The brakes started squealing day 2 of my ride, but otherwise this is a great bike. Better for shorter people though, I am 5’11” and it’s a bit awkward to pedal sometimes. If you are looking for range though this bike does well! Again, better if you’re short or not looking to pedal much

Only 3 stars because I kept it Not because it hesitates to reache the 32 mph it product description says Nor because the frame of the bike arrived with scratched Not because it didn't arrive during the selected delivery options That charged additional 50 that reflected it shipped with a tracking number but it did it sat for 48 hours until in actual tracking number was provided Don't think contacting the seller will help they don't even respond until after two days Then they will most likely not answer our provide a solution but still close your request to communicate If you ordered on the 10 with 15th being the delivery date but it do want even get shipped until the 15th that also told you had too sign for the package which take time put of Erik because just because there is a butt on too manage the delivery its will not work For you to be home when it was delivered box crushed on both sides and top completely open and the fedex driver didn't ring y he doorbell but you can see running back to their truck and driving off fast NO SIGNATURE so finding that out after ordering taking off work for it not too arrive then it to arrive open... Three stars because it has provided three rides do far that were completed Not a smooth ride a described Went from sidenwalk to road side a free times during eat right and was worried about sound from tires and that was only concrete I dint think ill ever try it on grass nor snow like its advertised Overall It moves I will be buying another off amazon from different seller and over 25000w I think I saw one that was 3300w that may handle all his rather then some like the tone is have now I DONT know I brought this one because I wanted a solid e-bike but I think a regular bike with electric added may been better this bike is not light by far then the removable battery as heavy as a folding scooter So not ideal to remove during commuting etc It is what it is But I wished the reviews were little more honest because I read several before my own experience I was looking forward to this purchase but after its like fine I guess but I wouldn't say the reviews I read were helpful hopefully this was helpful not just words uploaded I ordered a light The one front light installed does not provide a light in front of your even on a residential street with house, yard, and street lights still couldn't see the side walk in front of me so went bsck to the road Which was odd because they folding scooter light was much smaller and lit the traveling space in front of me well so I thought this big bike light would do even better but its not even a candle light compared to the folding scooter Ah well The light arrives tomorrow do ill install it and hopefully this bike ride would be safer and better enjoyed... ... show more
