Scent: Perfect Original Serum
I originally stated using this product when their old formula was still available for purchase. The scent was super strong and lasted all day long. This new formula is a completely different scent in my opinion, but it is much lighter and I 100% prefer it over the old scent which I was never super fond of anyway. The new scent doesn't seem to last as long though just to note. But, my hair is nice and shiny/soft every time I use this product. I probably have the greasiest hair in the world and this never leaves my hair looking or feeling greasy, no matter how much I use! If I stand correctly through my research, this product is also cruelty-free!

2 weeks of using this and I totally get the hype. Western hair serums/oils do not accomplish what this does at 2-3x the price. It works best on damp hair or sandwiched with some kind of leave-in conditioner or styler. I use it with my Pattern leave-in conditioner and then put a little curl cream over it to give my naturally curly hair some hold. It distributes better when the hair is damp but you can use it on dry hair as well. Leaves my hair super soft, bouncy, and ultra shiny. It’s giving glossy, glass hair all the time these days. Any frizzy bits get smoothed out and don’t make a reappearance in the days between washes. It doesn’t weigh down my roots at all either. Smell is just okay, it’s a very generic floral but nothing offensive or overly strong.

I got the original perfect serum and I really enjoyed it. I used it after I showered, the smell was not to over powering but had a nice floral sent. The serum absorbed into my hair easily and did not make my hair feel greasy once dried. After using the serum I noticed that my hair felt softer and was less frizzy. I really enjoyed the serum and can see myself getting it again.

I just used it once and the result was the same as olaplex for me. My hair naturally are curly 3B. Still a little frizzy but my hair is so frizzy just Brazilian keratin can fix it. Smell of products is not to much and my hair is shinny and look fresh and healthy. I gave it 4 star because not sure about heat protection.

I looooove this so much. The smell is amazing, and it tends to stick around for a while so I love getting whiffs of it thru the day. My hair is softer and doesn’t seem as frizzy as before. I put it on after washing my hair and then after it’s dry. I tend to wash my hair 2 times a week so I’ll use it in between washes on my ends to make sure they still look nice and healthy. Great value too, I’ve been using it pretty consistently since purchasing and I’ve barely made a dent in it. Love it!

I've never been a huge fan of hair serums, but this one blew my expectations away. I got the original since this was my first time trying it out. It makes your hair smell like you just walked out of a salon after getting a fresh haircut. It doesn't make any parts of my hair oily which is super awesome and gives it a healthy shine ans helps manage any frizz after blow drying. I usually use 1-2 pumps at a time depending on my hair needs so this should last you a good bit and it's easy to bring with you on travels.

There’s really nothing much to say about this product except get it. It smells wonderful and, while it doesn’t do much for the frizz or fly aways, does make my hair feel soft. And…did I mention the wonderful, and non-overbearing, smell?

I wasn’t sure if I really needed a hair essence but boy does it make my hair soft and silky with no oily residue. I have mid back length hair and use 2 pumps throughout. Smells really nice too
