The media could not be loaded. I like this product for the value. Not wanting to spend a lot of money, just to find out it wasn’t worth the money. My 3500 gallon pond was needing something to help with algae control I chose this product. 5 days after installation it’s still running strong and has reduced the algae by 90%. The only things I didn’t like was it isn’t waterproof and the installation instructions weren’t clear on how to install the check valves. But since I do know a little about them it was seamless. The pump is somewhat quiet at lower speeds but has a vibration which if left unattended will cause the pump to fail. Overall a good product if you have a dry place to mount it while in use.

It seemed to work great for about the first month. Then I noticed the balls didn't have a lot of bubbles coming out then just after it was too late to return it completely stopped working. Because of the price I ordered a second one in hopes it might last a little longer. I have been sick so I actually haven't had time to connect this second one.

Don’t waste your time and money! Bought it and installed: it was working fine, then on day 30 it stopped working and no air was being pumped through the hoses! Waste of time and money! Cant return because the 30 day return window closed yesterday (a holiday)!! Would give less than 1 star, if I could!

Opened package, 4 packs of rubber tubes and an instruction manual. No pump. Love it. Update: Seller refunded me and didn’t make me go through the pain of shipping it back. Pretty cool of them, though the product was missing. I may purchase from them in the future.

Was great for about 48 hours. It was protected from moisture and weather. check valves were used and it had proper ventilation. . It would have been worth it even if it lasted 6 months. Of course no response from Amazon or seller.
